@catlady2015 omg yes! It started the day after my BFP. I know I hadn’t been drinking enough water before I got KU so itwas like my body must be making up for it now
Me: 28 DH: 26 Married: November 2015 TTC#1: January 2016 BFP #1: 5/02/16 - MC: 5/27/16 BFP #2: 10/06/16: 6 - EDD: 06/20/17 DD Born 06/23/17 TFAS: April 2018 BFP #3: 03/21/18 - CP BFP #4: 04/23/18 - EDD 01/04/19
oh thank GOD it's not just me. Like three drinks and a 16 oz bottle is gone. that seems to be all it takes. I swear I drank 8 glasses before my BFP but my body is apparently like "I'm going to make this twice as hard for you!" I think I've had one day so far where I felt like I got enough, and I had to get up to pee three times in the middle of the night. waahhhh!
@catlady2015 oh man! I’m not too bad with the water thing yet, but when I was pregnant with DD, I was drinking nearly TWO pitchers of water a day near the end. And then almost as soon as DD was born, my dire thirst abruptly stopped. It was nuts.
I’ve been feeling nauseous and gagging throughout the day, something I do not remember happening with either of my first two pregnancies and definitely not this early! Oh and I had to pee 3 times in our under 30 minute trip to the store this morning - slightly embarrassing.
I've been super thirsty and then of course peeing all the time too. Otherwise, low appetite and some cramps. I've had the cramps since the embryo transfer though, and they told me thats common.
@olivemomma I’ve been nauseas since Friday (4 weeks) which honestly I would say was CRAZY if it wasn’t happening to me! I actually threw up two mornings. And have been gaggin a ton when hungry. I’m hoping this isn’t a sign of worse nausea to come!
Me: 28 DH: 26 Married: November 2015 TTC#1: January 2016 BFP #1: 5/02/16 - MC: 5/27/16 BFP #2: 10/06/16: 6 - EDD: 06/20/17 DD Born 06/23/17 TFAS: April 2018 BFP #3: 03/21/18 - CP BFP #4: 04/23/18 - EDD 01/04/19
I feel like I have the worst pregnancy brain. Is that even possible this early? I keep mixing words up and not paying attention to things. Its sort of how I knew something was up. I am not normally this flighty.
@galactickates - I don't know if it is, but I'm claiming it. I have been so preoccupied and unfocused (except for baby stuff) since my BFP. Example: I forgot the ONE thing I made a special trip to the grocery store for this morning (orange juice - sounds so good) and had to go back again.
My breasts have been sore for over a week, and have definitely gotten larger in the last 48 hours. Ridiculous! I am also super thirsty, and have been a bit queasy at night...but that could be because I do my progesterone shot before bed so that is extra progesterone running through me at that point. I've been gassy and felt bloated for a few days too. Fun things!
My wife and I have conceived a babe with my body and frozen donor sperm through IUI, with medication support (clomid, ovidrel, and injections of progesterone) IUI #1, #2, and #3: Dec 2017, Jan 2018, and Feb 2018 - all BFN HSG Test: April 2018 - all clear! IUI #4: April 15/16, 2018 - BFP!! EDD: Jan 7, 2019
Super emotional. A few days ago I chalked it up to my period about to be starting and now I’m just assuming it’s my pregnancy hormones? Or I’m just using it as an excuse? Lol
@BitterBetty12@emmaaa oh em gee i have been super ragey and emotional too. (maybe absentmindedness is already setting in since I forgot!) I cried in my car for no reason the other day...like mid drive rocking out to the radio. And Friday night (the night before we took HPT) I was legit level RED rage. I figured it was just PMS settling in and was totally awful to my wife! Woke her up at 5am the next day though with a positive HPT sooooo that was fun! Flipped the light right on into her eyeballs and she almost raged back at me until she saw what I was holding in her face

@rooonilwaazlib i have been pretty ragey too. Snappy pretty bad at my H. I thought maybe it was just being over tired from all of the chores or pms. So happy i can blame that and pretty much anything else on hormones.
Definitely thirstier than usual and tender boobs. I’ve also had some mild cramps (more like stretching). I’ve had a little nausea but my nausea/morning sickness didn’t really kick in until week 6 during my pregnancy with DS. I would say tiredness but I’m a mom and teacher so I’m always tired lol
I can't BELIEVE my symptoms already! Literally the day I tested (which would have made me at 3w3 days I believe), I had nausea. The next day, more nausea and GAGGING. I changed my sons dirty diaper and I seriously gagged! I have also been super light headed and my heart has been racing. Major thirst as well! As of today, food I have eaten has tasted off to me. Oh! And cramps! Daily really bad cramps. 3 nights ago I had such bad cramps that they woke me up at 1am, (scared me to death!). I had cramps with my first, but not near as bad as they are now. But they are super different than AF cramps. More of an achy burning sensation.
I didn't get any symptoms with my first until 6 weeks along, so this is super odd. All these changing hormones! It's nuts!
@sfgiantsgamerbabe Hey! Fellow mom / teacher here. The mid day slump has already started killing me. With DD by 5-6 weeks I was asleep on the couch by 7 everynight. I’m thinling her bed time will just become mine soon!
Me: 28 DH: 26 Married: November 2015 TTC#1: January 2016 BFP #1: 5/02/16 - MC: 5/27/16 BFP #2: 10/06/16: 6 - EDD: 06/20/17 DD Born 06/23/17 TFAS: April 2018 BFP #3: 03/21/18 - CP BFP #4: 04/23/18 - EDD 01/04/19
I'm feeling pretty awesome most of the time. A little fatigued at times, and my fuse is short. But other than that I feel pretty darn good. I will be 5 weeks tomorrow, and I am trying to enjoy this feeling good thing until the nausea comes full swing.
I'm at 5 weeks 3 days. Super hungry, super thirsty, very gassy and bloated. Starting to get emotional. Always tired and I've been having vivid dreams since before I tested positive.
Add me to the gassy group. I am gassy a lot! Unfortunately no disguising that gas! Also super hot at night - I wake up every night just sweating and miserably hot. I stood in our garage last night for 5 minutes (unheated, and it was maybe 40 last night) to cool down enough to consider going back to sleep.
@catlady2015 - when I'm too hot I get a cold wet wash cloth and wipe my face and neck first and then the rest of my body down with it. It seems to really really help me.
I might as well not disguise it anymore. Guys, I’m kind of a major nerd.
ETA in respect to the fact this is a symptoms thread, I also want to add that my nose is that of a bloodhound all of a sudden. So far it’s been A CURSE, because I can tell who hasn’t put on deodorant or bathed in a while, seriously even before they enter my classroom. I work in a middle school, and the weather is now warming up. Hopefully I’m painting enough of a fragrant picture to show/smell how awful it’s been for me!
This is my 4th pregnancy (third baby) and I am cramping a lot. It's always my first symptom but it always makes me nervous. Already peeing a ton and super tired.
@dubcompanion LOVE your Doctor Who photo...have you played the card game Doctor Who Fluxx? It's super fun!A lso I am a major LoTR & The Hobbit nerd.... pssst....my DS middle name is Peregrin and we call him Pip....
@sfgiantsgamerbabe oh that’s really interesting! I’ve never heard that before.
Also a major nerd. I’m more into computer / console / handheld gaming than table top but I do dabble in it a little. Also @Whitmore1027 WoW is my JAM. I haven’t played in a couple of years though. The last few times I tried to get back into it I either didn’t have the time or I just wasn’t enjoying myself the way I used to. I’m big into the sims, all of the harvest moon games (now story of seasons), Fable, Pokémon, stuff like that. I’m also a bit of a fad gamer. I’ve been playing way too much fortnite after DD goes to bed lately because it’s quick and I don’t really have to think.

Weird dull aching pain on my right side under my pelvic bone area throughout the day today, and maybe very intermittently for the last few days. I’m 99% sure I ovulated on that side. I was scared and thinking it’s an ectopic pregnancy (because of course I was) but the internet says it’s more likely the corpus luteum releasing pregnant horomoney goodness. I’m going with that for now, and will call RE if it’s worse tomorrow or will ask on Wednesday when I see them.
Anyone else have similar experiences?

Im at 4 weeks and already with an increase in fatigue, thirst, gassiness, breast tenderness and mild cramping. I dont remember this many symptoms starting this early with either of my previous two pregnancies
@emmaaa and @rooonilwaazlib - I am probably the resident ectopic expert here, I just went through it Nov and know a lot of symptoms because I had them. I am not a Dr though but my advice is use the advice nurse line at your Dr office if you are concerned. At the very least it will ease your nerves.
@Whitmore1027 I have not played Doctor Who Fluxx, but I want to!! Glad to hear it's great. My DH loves table top games; I'll have to let him know about the DW game! And WoW has also been my jame (seriously @BitterBetty12 are you my long-lost sister?), and I also really enjoy playing Diablo III, all the Sims , Pokémon, Harvest Moon, etc... and of course, gotta love my Harry Potter, DW, LoTR, GoT, and Marvel comics (books and films). Aaaand my DD's first name is Jaina, named after Han & Leia's daughter in the alternate SW EU. /nerd out
Symptoms: Just barely 5 weeks along and already back to the middle of the night pee breaks. Just 35 more weeks to go.
The bloat. Omg the bloat. I had to wear a bella band yesterday because I couldn't close my work pants. I was digging through bags of old clothes to find one! I'm gassy, my boobs hurt, I wake at night to pee and know from experience to eat crackers to tamp down nausea. The five week mark is when I expected the queasy, and that's tomorrow. This is so much different. I'm a sweaty mess.
I have
had a pretty rough headache the last couple of days. Bleh. A bit of a
queasy stomach, but nothing crazy. I also had some pretty sharp pains on
the right side last night (and it's happened on and off the last few days), so I immediately freaked out, but it didn't last super
long, and my doctor said as long as it doesn't get worse or that it goes away, then it's probably just a cyst since most time the
ovaries have a cyst after releasing an egg.
@rooonilwaazlib I saw you were worried about the pain on your side, and my doctor said it's most likely a cyst from the size the egg was released, and that you really don't have to worry unless the pain gets unbearable or if it doesn't go away. I have had sharp pains on and off the last couple days, but they usually don't last more than 10 minutes and then I am good for hours. Of course, it's always best to consult with your doctor!!
@dubcompanion We totally love a lot of the same stuff! How cool!! And yes! I love Diablo III too. I play that on PC.
@BitterBetty12 I am dying to play WoW again. I don't have a subscription right now though, and you can only play to lvl 20 for free, and it's just a bit more boring those first levels. I have to work it back into my budget! I had'nt even heard about fortnight before! I'll have to check that out!
