My goals are to continue going to the gym 4-5 times a week... as long as my morning (or all day) sickness isn't too bad. My husband and I do CrossFit together so I am hoping I can continue throughout the pregnancy and just scale as necessary! I'm lucky my coaches have coached several pregnant women before. Sometimes my nausea has even felt better after a workout!
I got a little bit of a walk. I went between hospitals in the rain (heavy drizzle) with no umbrella to get to McDonalds. I blame it on the baby. I had a McDouble and a dr.pepper.
