@lifesabeach85 I don't put a lot of faith in them, but I do like reading up on them. I haven't done that this go round yet.
I'm still nauseous if I forget to take my B6. 12 weeks tomorrow. I'm really hoping this will be a distant memory soon. I'm also exhausted and feel like I could sleep for days, but once I finally do get into bed, I can't fall asleep! So annoying!
@sageandlavender I am no doctor but the stabbing pain could be round ligament pain.
The last 2 days I have actually had some energy. Still taking B6 at lunch and dinner and unisom at night because I still get nauseous when my stomach is empty even taking those. I can at least eat most anything so that is helpful. I tried taking less mg of Unisome and my MS escalated so back to the 50mg for now. I am 11W so I am hoping it subsides soon. It did at 13W with DS but it also wasn't even close to this bad.
About 1-2 days a week, I wake up feeling amazing and totally normal. And I think to myself, this is great! Here we go. But a day or two later, the nausea comes up during the most inopportune times, I feel deeply exhausted and 10+ hours of sleep doesn't seem like enough, and I am getting annoyed at every person's small act. I'm at 9+5 today and so excited about second trimester. Most of the time, I feel sort of okay, just a bit off. But, when you wake up feeling amazing, you realize how bad you felt before. It's almost like dating a guy who treats you poorly.. you don't know how bad you have it until you meet the right one!
Pregnancy rage hit hard this weekend. I now have a hair trigger and I'm snapping at everyone even my toddler, which causes the tears. Mom guilt is the worst! Also, why oh why am I still nauseous? I'm 11 weeks and I swear with ds, I was pretty much over it by now. And...now...I'm All teary because I just want to feel better!
Woah, holy boobs! So I was already "blessed" with a bigger rack so when I got pregnant I thought, okay, I know they will get bigger and fuller but how much bigger could they get? (They were left pretty big from first pregnancy).
Anyways, I woke up today, and they are huge! I would say each one is at least 5-7 pounds on their own. I know my back is going to be screaming at me by the end of the night.
@bfpafter4years Holy cow seriously?! No pun intended. Can you prop one up on a kitchen scale and confirm? I'm really asking. I had no idea that was even possible.
I finally threw up yesterday and it was awful but also the first time I've felt relief from the nausea in 9 weeks. I was almost wishing I would do it again. Sea bands, B6, Emetrol, Nausene-- nothing is working. I gave in and asked my MW for Zofran and am feeling much better now but now the constipation is real. Stool softeners and prune juice help only a little. I will take anything over nausea though. Call me a wimp but I cannot function when I'm sick like that. I can take pain all day long but not an upset stomach. Also, I'm getting aversions to the weirdest things. I'm associating places and activities with my MS, which is why I've been avoiding the boards this last week or so. Every time I went to open the app I felt a wave of nausea. I finally feel well enough to sit up with the computer so here I am. Anyone else experiencing this?
Edited because I never remember to contribute before posting!
Solidarity on the acne. I feel like I'm back in middle school with the state of my face.
My nausea has been unnervingly better the last few days. I was sick through 18 weeks with DD so going 60+ hours without puking at 9 weeks is really messing with my head. I'm still nauseous but even if I forget my B6, it is bearable nausea. I can't wait until next week to get in for my 10 week check and hopefully hear the heartbeat again to ease concerns that the nausea letting up is bad.
@blumoon18 I'm very much having the same type of thing happen. One day I'll feel like a million bucks, the next day I feel like garbage. It can also happen in the same day. Like today it was garbage, then awesome, and back to garbage. I'm so ready for the fog to lift.
I had to give up my prentals for about a week because they were making me so sick. Even on a full stomach. I finally got some new ones in (MegaFood Baby and Me) and so far so good!
I still have weird food aversions. No chicken at all, and no avocados (usually my favorite). I think its the high fat content.
Yes!!! My last pregnancy we moved during first tri and I had a major aversion to cardboard boxes! Also to a PC game I was playing at the time, something about the color scheme and movements the aliens made.
This time it's just my house in general. So messy and full of mom guilt!

Me too! I feel way worse in my house than I do anywhere else. But the nausea is getting a bit better. Still taking 4-8mg of Zofran a day and unisom at night, but I'm back to eating a normal, healthy diet, so things are looking up!
@wildrainbow Oh I'm so with you on the temper issues... especially with the kids. I have such guilt over it too. Just know that you're a good mom and that it happens. I just try to start each day thinking positive and give myself a little grace when i just flip out. I've been apologizing to my girls a lot lately and giving lots of cuddles and hugs to reassure them
+5 to looking like a hormonal teen... I'm bathing in concealer these days (it's a medicated kind from Neutrogena... highly recommended ladies!)
AFM.... the cramping issues I was having are due to a fibroid. It won't go away and may actually grow a bit from the hormones So the cramping is here to stay but at least I know a cause. The nausea is basically gone now as is most of my food aversions... but the exhaustion is REAL. I have no will to move off the couch...
I’m sorry to everyone who is still feeling daily nausea. I know it’s really tough. I am 11 weeks 5 days today and I am so happy to say that I have had 3 days of no nausea! It has been replaced with constant hunger. I feel like I am packing my entire fridge when I get ready for work. I’m Still tired and easily exhausted but it is more manageable than it has been. I’m waiting for the boobs to happen. They sure have been sore but I don’t feel like they have gotten much bigger, which I was looking forward to because I don’t have much to start with.
@MouseMama817 so I didn't see this until this morning and they don't feel as heavy this morning but I weighed them anyways. They are both about 4 pounds each!
@bfpafter4years@MouseMama817 I feel like we all need to get kitchen scales and have a weekly boob weigh in. Unfortunately even pre-pregnancy I have FAR too much boob. Now pregnant I truly fear for my back and for the potential suffocation hazard if I were to lay on my back.

Still exhausted, although some days are slightly better than others, and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall asleep at work by 2.
Also still starving all.the.time. I’m 13 weeks tomorrow...I feel like this should be stopping! Mornings are the worst...I could legitimately eat 3 full breakfasts.
@runningyogimama I have switched to being starving too! It's so bad. I've lost two pounds thus far, but I am sure the gaining is bound to start with all the food I am stuffing my face with!

@bfpafter4years I'm with you on the super heavy boobs. I'm prolly a G now since I weaned ds when I found out we were pg b/c my nipples were on fire! Now they are perkier because of pregnancy, but they are so heavy.
@runningyogimama i hear you on the constantly starving - i have already gained 9 pounds because I honestly cannot stop eating. Hoping it slows down soon!
@tessiesmom26@firsttimespartanmom I’m pretty sure I’ve gained like 15 lbs, because I’ve been starving the entire pregnancy (well, first it was I had to munch on crackers to avoid nausea, but then it turned to ravenous hunger). I gained pretty much a lb/week early on with both prior pregnancies and ended up gaining 55 lbs total each time, so this is just what my body does. I eat healthy and clean, I just eat when I’m hungry. I’m seriously so tired of food!!! I don’t even want to eat anymore, but I have to or else I feel sick.
@bfpafter4years and @MouseMama817 I am going to bust out my kitchen scale tonight and weigh the ladies. I've noticed in the last week how huge they've gotten. They were big to start with (DD) and now they are probably an E or G. They look so swollen. I'm attributing at least half of my first tri weight gain to the boobs. It makes me feel better about the number.
Once this baby is out and we are done nursing, I am 100% getting them reduced. I've been looking forward to it since my 20's and am going to start saving my pennies now. I know the recovery is brutal, but it will be so worth it to me.
@wannaflickone Wow! The biggest I've ever been is a high B, possibly a C. These bra sizes are unfathomable to me. Also, your screen name makes my nipples hurt every time I read it
Anyone else dealing with sinus issues? OMG, I'm using my Afrin more this pregnancy that I have in the past 2 years! Sinus headaches, sinus pressure. It's ridiculous!! Also still the all day sickness, but hopefully this is the last week of it. I've thrown up once this week so progress! And the pregnancy rage is starting. I can feel it and it's only a matter of time until I snap at DH.

@wannaflickone ooooo... I DREAM of eventually getting a reduction one day. I'm an H cup. Thankfully for now all my bras are still fitting, but they are getting tight. They may not have necessarily gained much in size but holy crap they are HEFTY! #mammothmammaries Also may or may not have cackled and then yelled "release the krakens" to my husband last night after removing my bra

@mousemama817 ha! Unfortunately after 4 years of breastfeeding (2 years for each kid), it is pretty applicable to me. I'm short-torsoed, so my whole upper body is basically boob.
@blumoon18 I’m going through that same thing! A few mornings a week I’m hopping out of bed feeling fabulous and I think yay the morning sickness/nausea is gone! Then it comes back and I’m knocked back in my place again
@wannaflickone I'm getting a reduction too! Being 4'11 with boobs bigger than my head throws off everything. Plus they make me look bigger than I am. I've been dreaming of a reduction since I was a teenager and went from a B to a DD seemingly overnight. Now, I look at DD bras and think I can't believe I was that small, lol.
@wildrainbow oh my gosh, me too! I was seriously flat chested until the end of my junior year in high school. It was SO embarrassing. I'm 5'4, so a bit taller, but everything else on my body is more of an athletic build. My boobs throw off all of my hard work.
@wannaflickone I'm naturally curvy, the lovely hourglass figure. I mean now it's more top curves with bottom just going along for ride. Seriously, all you see is my boobs. It's a miracle ppl take me seriously. My sister says it's why I have an attitude, I have to make up for all the boobs I stole from her. She's 5'4 and athletic build, with B cups.
You ladies are cracking me up with the kitchen scale and your huge boobs! I'm like a C (which I think is the biggest I've ever been, maybe a D with breastfeeding) and I can't imagine bigger. When I eventually lose the baby weight plus this extra 40-50lbs I have I'm sure they'll be A, maybe Bs!
I'm sorry for those of you still feeling nauseous, and for those of you not I hope you're just lucky and feeling better! @goldie987 - hope your ultrasound next week goes great and gives you some peace of mind!
+1 to the EXHAUSTION. I feel like I've been a slacker mom to DS, but I'm just so tired and often nauseous it's hard to do things.

I started with a DD, I am still squeezing them into the bras because I don't want to buy new ones yet. But the cleavage is crazy! They really don't fit anymore.
Also, have any of you ladies gone back and forth from conspitation to diarrhea? I will have a couple of days where it really hurts to go to...well...not pretty. I never had this with my first pregnancy.
I'm totally going to weigh my boobs tonight on the kitchen scale. This has been such a fascinating conversation! I started out as a DD and I've been trying to figure out what in the world comes next, I guess F??? It sounds so scary to be that big. I ended up buying some cheap maternity/nursing bras on Amazon. They arrived in the mail today and I like them! They're not the best things in the world and the cups are a bit small, but I think they'll work for now, plus they were inexpensive.
Of course, now I wish I had a kitchen scale so I could weigh mine. I used to joke with H that you could get serious muscles if my boobs were actual weights.
@wildrainbow Thank you! I've spent way too long looking at sizing charts trying to figure it out, but it looked like some charts say DD=E, so then F came next. Bra sizing is stupid!
Re: Symptoms w/o 4/22
So, so so tired. Slept from 9-630 last night and could use a nap today.
RLP is more noticeable. Doesn’t help that I’ve been sneezing like crazy!
