OMG NOODLES. I chow so hard on the Japanese pan-fried udon. Nom nom nom nom... Unfortunately I think it’s a Midwest chain because I can’t find it outside of Indiana/Kansas City.

@runrinserepeat are you vegan now? I went vegan for about 4 months 6 years ago. I noticed a huge change in how I felt right away! Ultimately it was cheese that was my downfall as well. It is also really hard when your husband loves meat and has no interest in going veg. I am still vegetarian now though

@mittenlove86 no, not really. I’d like to, but some things are hard. I can’t give up half and half because coconut creamer does nothing for me. My family also has a strangely strict and non-varying meal plan, in which we make our own pizzas twice a week. There is no good substitute for real mozzarella.
But I also occasionally eat salmon and anchovies, so I’m not the world’s best vegetarian either.
Guys. Where can I buy maternity clothes. Specifically, I'd like some side-insert pants that don't fall down. I had the best pair when I was pregnant with my son, but... I donated everyone because we weren't going to do this again. SOOOO stupid. Halp.
On our way to a funeral with our two year old. She did well at the visitation yesterday (a little too fascinated with the body for my taste, but she was a trooper for five full hours). Keep your fingers crossed for us that she didn't knock over any tombstones or jump in the hole after the casket or something
I have never looked at Pink Blush - thanks for the rec! And I suppose I could just haul my lazy ass over to MM or Target and try stuff on, but so much work!
I'm mostly worried about this because I'll need dress pants for a few weeks in May. I usually wear jeans to work, and I can make those work. But all my current dress pants are already a little snug, and I feel like I'm going to be screwed trying to hide this in May if I don't have pants that fit
I just took my maternity clothes and put them in the attic a couple months ago. They had been boxed in my closet for the longest time. I’m hoping to wear my normal clothes for quite a while. I’m going to keep wearing my rose colored glasses for as long as I can. Lol
omg THANK YOU. Ponte knit pant with side panel or hidden panel. That's what I'm looking for. I swear I wore those pants the whole freaking way through pregnancy last time, and they were a godsend. Thanks!!
I always check Facebook resale sights, you can usually find cheap maternity clothes there. A lot of people sell their stuff in lots. I refuse to buy anything new that is only going to be worn a few months.

I find it impossible to find maternity pants that don’t give me saggy butt! I wear dress pants to work everyday. Last pregnancy I bought a bunch of pants. The Gap ones fit the worst. I ended up finding some motherhood maternity ones that fit the best. I have also found the over the belly ones fit me best. I tried the side panel ones and those fell down the most. I only had like one pair of jeans that stayed up but I think that was only because they were so tight on my fat thighs! Lol

Related to the maternity clothes thing, I'm feeling sliiiiightly concerned that my comfy, kind of stretchy normal jeans that I thought would easily get me through the first trimester are already feeling annoyingly tight around the stomach. I'm five weeks.
is anybody into essential oils? I went to a yoga class today and she offered oils but I refused because i didn't know if they were safe. I feel like i read somewhere to avoid them?
@mittenlove86 I had a pair from MM by Jessica Simpson that fit great around the tush throughout my whole pregnancy! I’m actually about to buy another pair. I wore the other ones so often I wore a hole in them
@westcoastfoodie mobile bumping is about the only way I bump. I've only been on the computer a few times and I actually don't like it more than mobile. I found The Bump thru the App Store, so the computer version is super weird to me!
I'm very annoyed that TB took away the navigation button at the bottom of the page to go back to where you were. It makes bumping from the app even more frustrating.

@rosebud332 girl, get some decaf. I wouldn’t be a decent human to interact with if I couldn’t at least pretend to have a cup of coffee (or four) every morning.
How are you even supposed to get back to the main forum if there’s no back button? The back button only works every other time I press it as it is. Do they not have people doing end user testing on this garbage? I hate the mobile app so hard.
@rosebud332 Do you like chai tea at all? I've been doing a chai tea latte lately instead of my normal, beloved diet coke and it's been pretty great! Might be kiiiind of close to coffee and it does have caffeine! (I think the Starbucks tall has 70mg and that's pretty much all I have for the day.)
@maureenmce I love chai tea lattes! Yum. I did have a small cup of regular. I’m not going to every day, but it was necessary and last time around my doctor had no problems with one cup a day. I’d like to get to second tri without having a daily cup though if I can.
@runrinserepeat I either hit the back button several times and hope it works or I have to close the app and open it again. It’s really annoying.

I looked at H&M last night, too, but most of their stuff seemed over belly. I didn't see any side-inserts. Am I the only person who likes these?
Motherhood has 20% off right now and has a few. I think i might have gotten some last pregnancy at Target? Have you looked at Pink Blush?
