Thankful other people hijacked Easter. MH and I are usually in charge of family gatherings/parties since his mother passed away 4.5 years ago since he is the only one that can actually cook and I’m a good baker (1 Uncle is actually a decent cook too and helps us). We were really annoyed that they did it initially since this Easter was a bit different than other years (food plan wise, not because of baby), but FIL went ahead and ordered the regular food plus more from a local Italian place. Some out of town cousins, plus a cousin that’s in town but doesn’t always come to our dinners will also be there and they are handling dessert, which means that I don’t have to. Saves us a lot of time and money, and despite being annoyed that they just took over when we already had stuff planned, they did it before we bought anything, so now I’m a little relieved.
Thankful that we are telling my husband’s family about the pregnancy this weekend. No more hiding it .

Kind of jealous! I keep telling my husband that I want to just tell everybody now and he agrees but we both know we can’t. My SIL had a loss this past summer so I need to text her to tell her first, but we’re afraid if we tell her before Easter that she might not show up.
I'm thankful that my Hyperemesis is finally under control and I've been able to go the past few days without taking any medication for it. Also very happy to be reconnecting with an old friend this weekend that I haven't seen since I was pregnant way back in 2011 and our children getting a chance to meet.
