Is it weird that they took blood at the Drs office during my first appt last week and didn't check my HCG? I anxiously checked the patient portal to see something pregnancy related and nothing. STD tests, CBC, urine culture, blood type, etc but thats it. I am 9 weeks now and first ultrasound next week and I feel like I have nothing in hand right now making me feel better......
@purplefan1 - my doc is out of town or I would have asked to talk to her. I'm just taking my endometrin until I see her Wednesday and tell her I started it and want to continue it.

@mockingjay1 Is there another OB you can speak with until yours is back in town? Maybe the nurse doesn't know your history otherwise she'd be more accommodating. When I called the nurse in my midwife's office for my beta results she was a little confused about the extra attention in my file. I could hear her reading through the notes and when she saw a loss history she said "Oh everything makes sense now!" Sweet woman, but I've spoken to her multiple times in the last week and she talks to so many women it's hard for her to keep track. I say call them back and ask for an interim doc and tell them why if they give you pushback.
@Eveinshock - unless you have had prior losses, it's not unusual not to have hcg levels drawn. Sorry you have to wait a whole week for the u/s.
TW I actually did have a MMC at 11 weeks. I have a sinking feeling about this pregnancy. I feel like my symptoms suddenly tapered off a few days ago. This is what happened back then I just didn’t realize it at the time. So I’m extra nervous
