Re: U/O 03/29
I hate siggies. I have been on other forums that limit signature images to no more than a certain size and no moving images, and I wish TK and TB would make that rule. I have them signatures turned off for both here and TK and will never turn them back on (unless that rule is implemented, maaaaybe) I'm always on mobile, so it adds literally screenfuls of scrolling to my reading. And some of them are annoying. I first started turning them off years ago when a few people on TK had huge signatures with big crazy gifs. It was so annoying to scroll through and be reading and the interrupted by these gifs. So I turned them off and have never looked back. I have nothing in my sig for that reason. I would never see it anyway.
And 2, piggybacking off the Bumpie behavior thread, I do not understand why people think an FB group is easier than the forum. FB groups are, in my opinion, insanely annoying unless they are tiny, like 15 people. When you come on TB, you can see exactly what a thread is about by skimming the titles and choose what to read. On FB, you have to read the whole post or most of it to figure out what it's about. On TB, when you come back to the forum, the threads you haven't read are white rather than greyed out and little yellow icons indicate when there are new posts. And if you have to close the page before you finish checking all the new stuff, when you come back, all that stuff will still be there. And clicking on the thread will take you to the latest unread post. As opposed to FB where if you close it, you've lost it, and there's no way to know what's new without re-reading everything. People say they have such a hard time finding time and being able to log in on the bump. I don't get it. Facebook would take so much longer because it's so much harder to skim and see what's new.
My UO is that Lularoe is overrated. It might be because I don't spend much money on clothes, but $25 for a pair of leggings just doesn't seem worth it. I buy mine at TJ Maxx for $5 and they are wonderful. I should probably admit though that I have never actually tried Lularoe, so I could be 100% wrong about this.
I hate the high waisted jean sorts that are so sort but come up to your boobs.

+1 for not liking LLR. I do order Scentsy because it's convenient and I don't have to worry about my cat knocking over a candle. That's the only MLM I use though. As someone who built their own business from scratch it bothers me when those selling MLM describe themselves as small business owners or entrepreneurs.
No offense to anyone selling MLM. You still gotta hustle to make that work. But it's not the same.

@holly321 you do what you need to do to get through the day. If it came down to it, I would too. I definitely don't judge what other parents dress their kids in (so long as their kid is clothed). I'll find other reasons to judge them! J/K J/K kinda....
I don't like LLR. I think the prints are ugly and they seem to be low quality. It's funny. I was at a consignment shop browsing, and I could always immediately tell LLR by the print.
Also, piggybacking on that, I have absolutely no sympathy for women who are losing money because they have stockpiles of LLR or any other MLM product in their basement that they can't sell. Guess what? No, everyone CANNOT be a salesperson, no matter what they tell you. If you wouldn't hire on at a regular company doing that or start your own any other kind of business, you should not be trying to sell an MLM product. You have to have that type of personality and business sense/desire to learn. And if you're not smart enough to not keep buying inventory when it's not selling, no matter how it's being pushed on you, you shouldn't be in that line of business, and I have zero sympathy.
ETA:
I came across this article a few months back and found it absolutely fascinating and (as a SAHM who works a little bit from home, but not as much as I'd like because the company just doesn't have the work for me, and it's hard to branch out) highly accurate as to the reasons that drive women to MLMs. I have considered selling an MLM product myself, but I don't think I have the personality for it.

I do not typically judge people who are-however, (I’ll give you a minute to clutch your pearls & light your torches) I am not in love with Disney anything. I could take it or leave it.
Peeps are delicious.
Cardi B makes me ragey.
Supporting causes without taking reasonable action irritates me. For example, the men who participate in No Shave November for male cancers- but never donate a cent or minute or energy or become educated.
Snap chatting or posting several videos of an event like a concert. Put down your phone & enjoy it! I don’t care about your crappy grainy videos.
I have never seen a furniture cover that I thought looked nice.
