Pregnancy exhaustion seems to have gone away! I got up at 5:30am and cleaned the kitchen. Then cleaned out the cupboards, fridge, and pantry. Made DH some almond pound cake, made myself homemade granola, and started potato soup in the crockpot for dinner. While the granola was in the oven, I sanded the drywall spackling I did yesterday in the laundry room. Took a quick break to make DS & myself lunch. Now I’m going to clean the walls in the laundry room so I can start painting after DH gets home.
That just made my head spin, a ton of work done already! Nice  B)

    Hello from Detroit!

  • @calimom2524 That's so awesome!  I'm so happy for you that your parents are finally on board and excited for this baby!
  • @calimom2524 yayayay! So glad the attitudes are changing. Hope its all supportive from here on out. Hugs.
  • @mrsbubbles-2 Awe, you guys are so awesome, I totally agree with this!

@calimom2524 I am SOOOOOOO happy for you!  I knew they'd come around eventually the way you described them.
  • @legallykate gimmmmme that cake.  It looks so yummy
  • @rocknrrollmom @hezzer78 I’m on spring break until next Wed, so I’m trying to pack a ton of work into a week’s time. I also have no washer & dryer until we paint & put trim in the laundry room. I have one pair of mat jeans that fit and maybe 4 casual shirts, so yeah... I need my w/d back ASAP.
  • I love everyone’s happy news! Great idea to start this thread!
  • @calimom2524 your post made me so happy!
  • @legallykate I used that card too to have two cupcakes during a birthday celebration in class today. But my student was very sweet- she said I needed one for me, and one for the baby (the kids wanted to know what my baby eats, so I explained he eats my food).
    Me: 28 DH: 29
