I need to get my car registration done since it expires this month and super online won't let me do it, which means I have to snail mail it, but I won't have any proof of paying for it (like I would online). Grrr! Making my life difficult when I am trying to be a good citizen. Perhaps I procrastinated? But I would be fine if it would just WORK ONLINE.
@Whitmore1027crap, that reminds me that I need to do our car registration and supplemental tax this week! And DH has to renew his license soon. I swear, all the expenses always come at once.
My mom leaves today which means I'll have to start folding my own laundry again lol (she's been here for 2.5 weeks). Wahhhhhhh I hate folding laundry -- I usually just pile it on the guest bed, so I guess I won't have to start folding it again. I just won't have folded laundry again.
@Whitmore1027 - if I were you I would screen shot the website showing you couldn't do it online and stick that in your car. That way if you get pulled over you have that proof. Just say you had to snail mail it and maybe that will show you tried? Idk but worth the shot?
My BF goes to my supervisor. Last week she set up a passive aggressive meeting between me and another coworker basically pitting us against each other without talking to either of us first. It was so bad and so awkward and how that coworker is not talking to me.. now my supervisor just switched a meeting with me to be over my lunch break. So rude. I'm over today (and possibly this week).

I can't stand people who can't/won't/don't do their job. When everyone is harassing you to turn in your paperwork (because you've had it all weekend) please don't give it to me 10 min before I leave for lunch. And you should probably be sure it's done right. I shouldn't have to return more then 50% of the work for being incomplete or missing items. Stop wasting my time. I have better things to do then go through it twice.
Who cares if "better things" are actually scroll through TB and FB. That's my problem
Monday BF shout out to doggy daycare/my stupid self...we are going to be out of town this weekend and I didn't realize that it is Easter and spring break and waited until the last minute to schedule our dog for boarding. The place she usually goes has two locations, both booked. Another place she has been, booked. A place we did an evaluation at but didn't like it so she has never been, booked. Two other places near by were booked but their location 30 mins away has availability. Problem is you have to do an evaluation before they will let you book boarding so tomorrow I have to drive 30 mins in the opposite direction of work to take her in for her evaluation and then spend my entire lunch picking her up and taking her home and hope that it all works out for her to stay there this weekend. Taking her with us isn't really an option.
TL;DR: my poor planning is now my emergency

@krashke oh no! I imagine you've thought of this, but do you have anyone nearby that could potentially stay at your place while you're away to take care of pupper or a friends house she could go to? I hope the evaluation goes well!

@lurvleybunchococonuts as a last resort yes I could probably find someone to take her but I just hate burdening others with my problems. I got her when she was 6 weeks old when I was a junior in college and everyone expected me to fail and end up finding her a new home so I think I was that much more determined to make it work and not have to rely on others for her.

@krashke I'm not sure where you live but have you tried rover.com? I've found great combo pet/house sitters on there when I was in a bind with our usuals. I wish airlines allowed ticket purchases of seats for pets or that our girl was small enough to fit under the seat in a carrier.
People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

@suzycupcake@krashke another vote for rover. Our pup is getting to be an old man and the thought of boarding him where he’ll have to sleep alone in a crate makes me sad. The lady I left him with last time let him sleep in her bed and on the couch.
