Lyra is my boxer mix and first baby. I've had since she was born my senior year. We adopted her mother when she was pregnant and fostered all eight puppies, and I ended up keeping her. She's turning twelve this year and just as calm and patient and sweet as she has been her whole life
This is Kona. She is a 2 and a half year old German Shepherd Mix. She's 37 pounds, has Dobby ears, and is a shy girl around men (she likes to hide behind me or run to the bedroom when people come over... some guard dog haha)

Duffy is our severely neurotic/anxious golden retriever (mix?). We rescued him almost 5 years ago now when he was supposedly 11... We think he's closer to 10 now Seamus (white/red) and Finnegan (tan/brown) are 9 and 11 and brothers but from different litters. Seamus is an attention whore when you're trying to sleep, and Finnegan is an attention whore when you're trying to watch TV. They're all pretty good with the kids, but Seamus seems to think our almost 4yo is the best thing in the world.
I have a spoiled rotten black long haired cat. I first named her Esme, after a vampire, which is a VERY bad idea, if anyone was wondering, but for some reason DS couldn't get a grip on that name. I called her Puma sometimes, because she's the biggest coward and won't hardly go outside, and DS started calling her that, so that's what she goes by now. She has a different type of fur that is crazy soft, and thankfully, doesn't hardly shed.
