21 weeks- size of an endive
Feelings/symptoms?
Feeling good physically. Doctors asked me if i was keeping food down ok because I haven’t gained any weight yet. I’m pretty chubby so it’s not a big deal to not gain weight.
Rants/raves?
I’ve been having a tough week, but I’m excited to start prepping for baby now that we know what it is.

GTKY: What is one thing you will make sure to do differently with your lo than when you grew up?
hmm. Tough question. My dad was really hard on me about my weight growing up and even today I feel like how heavy I am is a barrier in our relationship. I just want my kids to be healthy and happy regardless of their weight.

I really wish i didn’t have to go to Houston for work. I’m wondering how DS will do.

not be so strict with grades. My mom was very demanding in school and always pushed for straight As. I built a little resentment from it.
Feelings/symptoms? - feeling anxious about Harmony results...the AS very much has me on edge. Hopefully I hear this week and baby girl is okay.
Rants/raves? - I put an elastoplast bandaid over my burn at work the other night, fully aware that I’m allergic to elastoplast. Thought th few hours would be okay (I know better) and figuring a covered popped burn blister was better than an open one....I’m sooooo itchy. There’s a perfect bandaid shaped square of swelling/rash on my hand and a further rash extending over the back of my hand. So. Many. Regrets.
Questions? - How long did everyone’s Harmony results take to come back? (If you got it done obviously).
GTKY: What is one thing you will make sure to do differently with your lo than when you grew up? - tough one! I definitely want to be more sex/body positive than my parents were.

GTKY: What is one thing you will make sure to do differently with your lo than when you grew up? Overall my childhood was great. I just want my kids to have more direction going into adulthood. I had no ambitions for college other thhan playing softball. I was an a student, top 10%, but no academic direction.

just sore hips. Tired. Getting harder to move around while trying to do things like cleaning.

my mom wasn’t present growing up so just being there is a huge difference.
Feelings/symptoms? Insomnia. Other than that, everything has kind of gone POOF! and not feeling anything else.
Rants/raves? Now that we know for sure we are having a girl, I've bought her shoes, 2 onsies, a going home outfit, and 3 pairs of footy pajamas. I want to buy more!!! I can't stop! However, DH has been the bummer police and told me to hold off until after my baby shower. See what I get, THEN go buy what's left...
Questions? Anyone else feeling like their symptoms have gone down slim to none?
GTKY: What is one thing you will make sure to do differently with your lo than when you grew up? We all what better for the next generation, whether they are ours directly or indirectly. I plan on being emotionally available for my child, something I didn't have from my mom growing up.
20 weeks. At my A/S a week or so ago baby girl was 10.5 oz. Otherwise, TB says banana

Excited to have the A/S done and know that baby girl is doing well. They found a choroid plexus cyst on her brain which was scary, but they typically resolve themselves. My bloodwork showed extremely low risk for any chromosomal issues.

Take more trips... more "experience gifts" rather than items.
Save more for kids' college. We've been doing a great job at saving for my son, so hopefully our circumstances continue to allow us to do so.
