Help us name our baby boy! (Oscar, Silas, Charlie)

Hi!
Our little one (firstborn) is due in early July. Luckily, my husband and I like a lot of the same names. They mostly seem to be old man names.

we are trying to stay away from anything too popular, IE top ten (otherwise might use Oliver or Henry) but a little bit popular is OK.

We have pretty much narrowed it down to Oscar, Silas, or Charles (Charlie.) Now we are stuck. Thoughts? Which do you like best??

Regarding middle names, we are considering:

Oscar Silas
Oscar Theo
Silas Oscar
Silas Walden
Charles Oliver
Charles Oscar

Please let me know what you like! Middle name suggestions are very welcome.

Oh, and husband's last name starts with a G.
