Is there a cute way you plan to announce?

I will be 12 weeks Easter weekend and we are trying to decide how to announce to our parents. This is their first grandchild and they are going to be so ecstatic.

I was thinking of making little Easter baskets for everyone and putting a mini sonogram pic in a plastic egg.

Or maybe not incorporating Easter and having each set of parents over separately and giving them a gift like a onesie or baby shoes.

Whats everyone else doing?

I called my parents as soon as I got a BFP and told my Dad that I had successfully knocked myself up. He laughed and passed the phone to my Mom who told me not to be crass. They are both super excited to finally be grandparents. (FYI- I’m a single mom by choice.)

Mom is helping me work out how to announce it to the rest of the family; I told her she could start sharing in early April for her birthday.
