@rallykat14 I hope your donor is growing the bestest eggies for ya Hopefully the staying busy with work helps keep you distracted from the impatience
@purplg8r Hooray, it's nice when your body listens/cooperates
@madspunk *hugs* rooting for you that this IUI does the trick
@50wife Oh girl *hugs* I hope your little fighter is all you will need. What a difficult thing to process, I'm so sorry you didn't get better news. Keeping you in my thoughts, I hope your baseline goes well
@augusta108 I hope the ultrasound shed some light on what's going on and that time passes quickly for your consult!
@darkstar42 Hooray, a break from all the needles and things is great, I hope it's relaxing
@rvamom315 Oh girl, I hope you're wrong about timing of O and that the IUI was timed perfectly Keeping you in my thoughts!
@jrm_14 *hugs* I hope you're starting to feel better. Good job to YH on being a rockstar for you this weekend. I'm glad the clomid fiasco w/ the ice storm got sorted out.
@alohakumu Can't wait for your update Friday Good luck holding out on testing (unless you want to test, in that case pee on all the things!)
@avrilmai Hooray, so glad to hear that cyst is cleared up! Hoping AF shows her stupid face quickly so you can get started!
@shortstack930 That's awesome news! Hooray for your 3 embies That's cute that YH is getting optimistic.
@emmasemm *hugs* sorry about the cycle frustrations. I hope things get scheduled and organzied quickly!
@ndz2018 *hugs* sorry about the foster pup. It's alwasy so hard to lose a pet no matter how long they were in your life
@hlb8179 Welcome! I'm glad you're able to move forward... although question... if your RE is chalking your IF to poor timing due to YHs schedule but he's going to be available for the next 3 months shouldn't the poor timing no longer be a factor? Is there really that much added benefit for doing IUIs? I mean I guess is hand delivers his swimmers, but I dunno... maybe I'm missing something Lol. Eitherway FX your stay here is short!

@emmasemm they mentioned a test to check my progesterone, perhaps a scratch that you mentioned. Just to make sure my body would be at the right point to do a transfer and then they can change things around a bit for the actual FET if needed. I was half listening. I'll fully listen on Monday lol. I'm meeting with the doc at my baseline appt. to discuss what we'll do this cycle.

Fav Quote: The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return
@lurvleybunchococonuts She said it's either timing or egg quality or both. Since I'm 38, she wants to start this right away to cover the timing question and ensure we get at least that right. If it's egg quality, the clomid may help with that. If neither works, we move to IVF in three months. I turn 39 in 6 months, so time is not on our side. Like so much with infertility, it's something of a guessing game.
Married 6.21.2014 DD #1: 8.16.2015 #2 EDD: 1.13.2019
@hlb8179 Clomid won’t help with egg quality (egg quantity yes as far as it could give you more follicles for the sperm to hit ie more “targets”) You should pick up a copy of It Starts With The Egg which has tons of tips on improving egg quality. I’m 38 too, tiring 39 in November, and I’m taking the next 4-5 months to get healthy and hopefully improve my egg quality if/when we need IVF
On mobile so too far behind to do tags but I’ll try and pop back on later to get to them!
Diagnosis (if you've been): Secondary IF - still figuring out why
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WFAF - AF was due yesterday and there is no sign of her (but lots of negative tests) so that’s fun.
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): if AF doesn’t show by tomorrow I’m screwed for BW for another month as I’ll be gone for the day 3 testing which means I’m now looking at April before getting any results - ugh.
How are things going?: Ok. Frustrated my cycles won’t cooperate. I think I’m going to go see my doctor once I’m back to get my u/S results as I don’t want to wait another 2 months until my BW is done to get everything at once. As is I can get in until the beginning of March and I have a feeling whatever it is they found is what is messing with my cycles and seems to be making them progressively longer.
Any questions?: not for now.
GTKY: In the spirit of the games, what is your favorite winter Olympic event to watch? Probably figure skating but I’m really not huge into Olympics (and don’t have cable so never actually watch any of them) - other than when they came to Vancouver I usually hardly even know they’re happening.
DH got his ultrasound results and says they saw some "small things" that might be affecting sperm production, but "nothing they can fix." My attempts to get more details from him about what these things might be have been fruitless thus far. They also found a cyst on his kidney that they think he should mention to his GP, which would be great if he had a GP...they did say it's not a huge deal, though. We're trying to get him switched over to my (much better) insurance in March, so hopefully the GP and cyst can wait until then.
@50Wife, oh no, I'm sorry about today's disappointing news. I'm glad they're going to do what they can to make sure conditions are right for your fighter embryo. Still rooting so hard for you!
@darkstar42, I'm glad you're enjoying the break while you guys try on your own for a bit. Time to breathe is definitely a good thing in all this.
@RVAMom315, sorry to hear you're not feeling optimistic about this cycle. It sounds like you've got a really good plan for next steps, though, if you do wind up needing them. I know that for me taking this time before the consult appointment to focus on my health has made me feel a lot better on a number of fronts.
@jrm_14, I get that starting the next cycle might be emotionally harder than the beta in some ways. I think that whenever I realize I'm about to start getting my hopes up again I have a somewhat negative automatic emotional reaction to that because I've been disappointed so many times. I'm glad your husband is being so supportive through all this!
@AlohaKumu, sending so many good thoughts your way for Friday's beta! I really hope this is it for you!
@AvrilMai, hurray for getting clearance for the IUI next cycle! I hope AF hurries up for you!
@shortstack930, that's awesome news about your embryos catching up! 9 frozen is amazing.
@emmasemm, I think it's pretty understandable that you aren't making more progress on your thesis while you're trying to wrangle all these IVF details! I hope things calm down soon as you transition to the new clinic.
@ndz2018, I'm so sorry about your dog. It sounds like he at least got to spend his last month being well loved by very kind people. *hugs*
@hlb8179, I'm sorry you have reason to post here, but welcome to the board. I hope that the IUI does the trick for you!
@elothair, sorry about the frustrating cycles. It's so annoying when our bodies won't cooperate with our timetables!
@50Wife Absolutely hear you on the importance of breaks!
Going to the clinic so often started feeling so demoralizing to me. I’m
definitely feeling better this cycle (though still not particularly hopeful!). I’m
so sorry that you didn’t get better news on the embies, but crossing my fingers
so hard that that little one keeps on fighting!
@RVAmom315 It’s so nice to take a break from the meds! The
penetration assay is the one with hamster eggs. MH and I decided to do it for
more data, and also to see if we’re just wasting our time with IUIs. We can’t
afford IVF, but at least we could stop medical intervention if it’s clearly not
going to work. I’m not sure how trustworthy the test is though!
@jrm_14 We’ve spent some time hanging out with friends and
playing board games, which has been fun. I’m not doing a great job keeping busy
though! I need to develop some new hobbies. Ideas are welcome! I don’t know
about the DNAF testing, but I’ll be keeping an eye on what other ladies say!
@AlohaKumu Fx so hard for you! I’ve also heard that clomid
side effects are worse, but my RE said some research shows better outcomes for unexplained
IF with clomid, so I guess I’ll try it!
@Avrilmai I’m definitely enjoying not being poked and
prodded! So glad those cysts are clearing up and you get to do an IUI cycle! Fx
crossed so hard that it works for you! Also, regarding your question, that was
my experience this month. On unmedicated cycles I typically O on cd 13. Last
cycle was medicated, and this cycle I think I O’d on cd 12 (not certain because
I was just using opks though).
@shortstack930 Thanks for the info on your drug responses! I’m
a little worried about lining on clomid. What amazing news on your embies! Nine
frozen is so fantastic. Fx so hard for you.
@emmasemm Sorry your body isn’t cooperating! You are a
superstar with the amount of work you’re handling right now. *hugs*
@ndz2018 So, so sorry about your foster pup. That’s hard to
deal with. *hugs*
@hlb8179 Sorry you find yourself here, but welcome!
@lurvleybunchococonuts Thanks, friend! I’m not doing a
fabulous job at relaxing, but I’m trying!
@elothair Usually they can do cd 3 bw between cd 2 and 4. If
that would work with your schedule, maybe check with the RE. Sorry for the
frustrating timing.
@50Wife I watch movies and read the whole time. So it might be calm enough but I really don’t want to take my temp on the plane. People would probably assume I’m sick then. I’m sorry your results are not what you were hoping for. I rooting so hard for that one little fighter!
@darkstar42 sometimes it’s nice just to get a break from needles and the stress of it all
@RVAmom315 hamster eggs? I’ve never heard of that!
@jrm_14 I’m so sorry it was emotionally hard to get the cycle started. Hugs. Also, when I went for my first appt, my RE asked if I wanted to jump straight into IVF.
@AlohaKumu are you planning to test early or wait for the beta?
@Avrilmai with the exception of Ambien (and that was baaaaad. Lots of hallucinationing) I haven’t found a sleep aid that puts me to sleep. When do you expect AF? We’ll be doing our first IUI too.
@emmasemm *i think* that I will have O’d before tomorrow night. O pain is gone but still had a +opk so who knows. We are going to try to go without naps but if so take one, I’ll take your advice & temp after. Thank you! And ugh! That’s a lot of stress! I hope things get figured out soon!
@50Wife I’m so sorry, friend. I’m glad the doctor has a good plan to make sure your body is ready for FET. Huge hugs.

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Just had my cervical dilation surgery today. He found a polyp on my cervix and I also had like a fold by my cervix that needed to be shaved down. Everything should be nice and open now. The only thing he mentioned is that I have a “small” uterus. I’m not really sure what this means. And no one has mentioned it before despite monitorings having an hsg and saline sono. Not sure what this means.
How are things going?: okay. Glad to be done with today and the surgeries. My heart rate has been high today since coming out of surgery I feel like it has something to do with the anesthesia cause this happened during my last hysteroscopy too but not during my ER which I believe was only twilight. Now I wait for my nurse to call tomorrow and give me the all clear to stop my BCPs to prep for FET. Will update more tomorrow.
Any questions?: small uterus? Anyone have/hear of this before? I knew mine is tilted but not really sure about this. Especially because doesn’t your uterus expand during pregnancy?
GTKY: In the spirit of the games, what is your favorite winter Olympic event to watch? This might make me un-American but I have never watched them Olympics. And I’m mad that I have to wait 3 weeks to watch This is Us because of them. #sorrynotsorry
@50Wife I am so sorry that the numbers have gone down so much. Many hugs to you for any fear and anger you're feeling. That sucks. I hope that this one works, and I'll be wishing you peace and good things to get you through the next few weeks.
@darkstar42 Enjoy being not poked and prodded for a little while!
@RVAmom315 Sorry you think you might have O'ed too early for the IUI. My fingers are crossed that your timing worked out any way.
@jrm_14 Sometimes starts of cycles are hard. It's difficult thinking that you're going through it all again. Tiring stuff.
@AlohaKumu OMG, girl. I'm eager for Friday for you too. I agree with @emmasemm though. It's hard but I'd hold off on testing a little while longer. If you do test earlier though, I don't blame you!
@Avrilmai I hope AF comes soon for you. Feel free to ask all the questions you need to going into your first medicated cycle!
@shortstack930 Thinking of YH looking up baby names makes me so happy! FX so hard for you! Will you test before the Beta?
@emmasemm Every time I hear you talk about your thesis, I am amazed by how much you are doing! You're a freakin rockstar.
@elothair That sucks the timing might not work out this cycle. I have also done B/W on CD4, so you do have a little wiggle room in there. I'll keep my fingers crossed it does work out.
@beachbunnyxo123 Glad to see you out of surgery and everything looking good. I haven't heard of small uterus before - hopefully you can ask the RE about that soon. Also, I didn't realize This is Us would be on hold because of the Olympics... that stinks.
@hlb8179 Welcome and sorry you find yourself here with us. I’ve never heard of clomid helping quality of eggs, ubiquinol(COQ10) and Vit D yes but not clomid.
@elothair As soon as I started With the RE my AF wouldn’t cooperate at all!! I feel your pain.
@beachbunnyxo123 Is a small uterus a bad thing? So glad everything went well! How awesome is that surgeon ?
@RVAmom315 Yes, I know clomid doesn't improve the quality of the egg. However, as my RE explained it, by releasing a greater quantity of eggs, it increases the chance of one of them being of higher quality. That's what I meant. Yes, I've read ISWTE. Since we started trying last year, I have not been drinking alcohol, have been exercising regularly, have been taking vitamins, and have been eating a clean diet consisting solely of lean protein, fruits, and vegetables to also help with health and egg quality.

How are things going?: pretty decent today. I'm always hopeful/optimistic that maybe I'll O on my own at the beginning/early each cycle... Then as the days pass and it keeps going on and on I get frustrated. So, we'll see how it goes!
Any questions?: letrezole vs clomid... Does Letrezole have a lifetime cap on number times you can use it like clomid does? I know it's not suppose to thin the lining like clomid and is suppose to have a few less risks. The risk of potential birthdefects sounds minimal unless you're taking it WHILE already a few weeks pregnant. I've been doing some reading on medication effectiveness in ovulation induction in PCOS for once we get to that part of things.

Hope she makes lots of eggies! purplg8r hmmmm i feel like i'd need to see your chart... your temp should spike between 12-24 hrs.. madspunk fingers crossed this is your cycle! 50Wife Oh man... girl... I'm so so sorry more didnt make it. I wont tell you it only takes one, but so glad you do have the one perfect normie..... will you do another cycle, or just go with this one? Augusta108 it can be tough having IVF hanging over your head... hopefully its a quick process for you darkstar42 I cant wait for a "try on our own" cycle break too! RVAmom315 Yay! GL this TWW! Keeping everything crossed for you! I have never heard of this test, but im so curious! jrm_14 Starting that second cycle can be so hard... we all so hope the first is the charm...
AlohaKumu I always say: the first week of the TWW is a dream... you're planning baby showers and picking strollers. The second week is as low as the first is high.... especially after a fertility treatment. SO hoping this is it for you!
Avrilmai I have definitely had wonky cycles post treatment (unmedicated cycle) both early and late o, so it can happen.
shortstack930 YAY congrats on being pasp and pupo!!!! Thats so amazing about how many you got frozen!
emmasemm so sorry everything is taking so much time! Hopefully you pin down O, Local testing and your thesis in short order! Its your turn for a good break!
ndz2018 so so sorry about your dog.... i hate that they have to go away so soon
hlb8179 That schedule would def be tough for TTC! Hoping they get you sorted quickly! Maybe an IUI is just the thing to get your DH's swimmers meeting your egg at the right time
elothair Im sitting here hoping your get AF... maybe if enough of us focus it'll come. I always try to wear white pants of something to tempt it to come out of hiding! @beachbunnyxo123 huh.... "small" uterus. I think this is the first time ive ever heard that one. I'd ask him what he/she meant. I never asked my first doc what he meant when he told me i had a heart shaped uterus and (tw) 4 mc's later and a surgery to boot i finally know what it means
Diagnosis (if you've been): OLD af
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): TTA/Benched
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Treatment: Just had uterine septum removal surgery.
How are things going?: Well... just got released from my surgeon today! yay!
Any questions?: nope
GTKY: In the spirit of the games, what is your favorite winter Olympic event to watch? not really watching, but ice skating
@ndz2018 I'm not sure... still deciding. We might do another IUI, but we might do IVF next.
@lurvleybunchococonuts As far as I know, Letrozole does not have a lifetime cap. You're right, it doesn't thin your lining. And I don't really notice any side effects from it. I've had night sweats a couple times, but that's about it. It works well for ovulation induction in PCOS. It doesn't work well for me, but the RE thinks it's because of my high AMH level.
@dragonette505 Glad you're on the other side of the surgery now! When will you be un-benched?
@KristoKekerooni FX you made it back home safely & your BL u/s went well!
I was unpacking my meds this evening & half-jokingly asked MH if he wanted to do the gonal-f for me. Last cycle he was adamantly against it. He agreed & it went perfect! So proud of him ❤️ For me, it was most about having him be a part of this process.
@jrm_14 omg! So great he did the shot! I can do a shot or two in an emergency, but my dh primarily does it! I just took one week off and it turned out to be enough. I just have some cramping today since they were poking around in there! @madspunk I should be unbenched in about two weeks! Well, it can be longer depending on when I get my withdrawal bleed. But after that I’m supposed to be good to go. I had totally expected to be told it would be several months
AFM..sitting on the plane waiting to take off. But no need to worry about temping. After today’s temp, FF gave me CH on Saturday. I tried playing around by putting in high temps for the next few days but it doesn’t change. But I’m 99.9% sure FF is wrong. I’ve never O’d on the first +opk plus I got +opks on Sunday & Monday too. Plus my O pain was Sunday.
@dragonette505 I think we're just going to go through with this cycle and see what happens. At the end of the day, we want 1 baby out of this process so I'd hate to put my body through all of the drugs and ER again and then have this first FET work and then we have frozen embryo's left that we most likely would never use. If this doesn't work, I'm going to see how much of my lifetime max $$ I have left towards fertility meds and then decide from there (my insurance gives me $15,000 towards meds). If we have enough to cover another cycle, I'd most likely do it again. If we wanted more than 1 baby, I'd probably do another retrieval while I'm in the zone. Also - I hope you're feeling ok!!
@lurvleybunchococonuts "my ovaries are for decorative display and rare usage" I'm sorry but I got a chuckle out of this. I hope things work out and you O on your own!!
@50wife I'm glad it gave you a smile At the very least (on good days) I'm able to chuckle and make jokes about my idiotic ovaries. So... update: we made a last minute *very* rash decision yesterday evening and decided to throw caution into the wind. I know I'm likely to get beaucoup amounts of side-eye... but Coconuts doesn't always make smart decisions when it comes to potential baby-zorps. Decided to do a low dose femara cycle (yes, before doing our SA/HSG testing) At the very least it'll be able to tell us if it induces ovulation? We're doing 2.5mg CD 3-7 so honestly, I'm really not too worried about. On the SLIM chance it works, friggin AHHHMMMAZING and if it doesn't we're still "scheduled" to start testing the cycle after momma's wedding. I know, I know... BAD Coconuts, it goes against all smart decisions and is a naive/hopeful wish that maybe, JUST MAYBE it'll work. I would NEVER suggest someone else do this but I'm going ahead and doing it cause... BABIES! @lurvleybunchococonuts TBH as long as you get CD3 and CD14ish US monitoring it's not going to be dangerous to you. It COULD potentially be a waste of time/energy/money if you have a blocked up tube but it's not like taking a bunch of meds with no monitoring or something. Also I know people have talked about the lifetime max and it is true that you want to be careful with that, but also with such a low dose it's actually unlikely to cause problems. My RE said that while fertility meds can put you at an increased risk of uterine cancer etc, it is more likely to be many many many many repeated IVF that causes that since the dosages are so high. One extra month of low dose Femara is so unlikely to actually harm someone (again... as long as it's monitored properly).
@lurvleybunchococonuts ya know what...obviously if your tubes are blocked, shit ain't getting through and if your husband's sperm is shit then you'll probably need more help than clomid. But, I don't blame you for wanting to give it a shot. If your doc is on board and doing the appropriate monitoring for you, then you do you (and your hubs). If you picked up some clomid off of the street an decided to take it, then yea I'd totally have different things to say to you.
@antoto@50Wife oh good lord no, illegally obtained medications sound like a good way to end up with more problems than just IF. I surely hope people don't actually do that. I'm suppose to go in around CD12 for them to take a looksie.

@lurvleybunchococonuts I would suggest asking them to give you a CD3 looksee as well just to make sure you have no pre existing cycsts. Even if you've never had one before you definitely don't want to feed a cyst femara so it's better to be safe than sorry.
@madspunk taking your advice and asking some questions! My last cycle was super short and has thrown a wrench into my plans. what else is new...so, Question for you ladies; for those of you that have done IUI, did you typically O around the same time as unmedicated cycles? I'm concerned that I will be out of town for the most important days right at mid-cycle. I know everyone is different and, shoot, even my body is different month to month, but thought it would be nice to have some anecdotal feedback. The plan is for letrozole CD3-7.
@dragonette505 so glad you got released. Hope you start to feel like yourself again soon. @lurvleybunchococonuts I second antoto's advice see if you can get a baseline u/s at CD3 to check for cysts, trust me a cyst rupturing is not a pleasant experience. @jrm_14 so glad you DH is willing to be part of the experience.

@avrilmai For my first two IUIs, I O'd around CD 15, which is typical for me. This past IUI, I O'd CD 18 (supposedly but the jury's still out. It was either CD 17 or 18).
Hey guy! Hope everyone is having a good week! I have a question for everyone.... I got a call from my pharmacy yesterday telling me that my new prescription plan does not cover the specific prenatal vitamin I’ve been taking, Vitafol-One( which also contains DHA not to be confused with dhea and 800mcg of folic acid). I emailed my nurse to ask if she had any recommendations or if they typically use any other vitamin equivalent to Vitafol-one. My question is does anyone take a Prenatal with DHA and 800mcg of folic acid besides Vitafol- One? And if not all suggestions are welcome! Thank you! She did say I could Check out OTC Prenat vits but going through insurance is so much cheaper! THANKS!!
@ndz2018 This is what I take, well, I always get the store brand (Walgreens and Target have their own that are exactly the same). Spoiler for the long ass link
ETA New link, maybe this one will work. It doesn't look like the other one did.
@ndz2018 This is what I take. I'm taking it mostly for egg quality though (it was recommended as the #1 best for egg quality) I get it from Amazon and it's expensive, but at least it's a 2 month supply
@ndz2018 I just started taking Zahler Prenatal + DHA in spoiler is the ingredient list. ETA: at first glance I thought it was a 2-month supply, nope you take 2 pills/serving, but so far so good.
Also added, I was previously taking https://similac.com/prenatal-care/prenatal-vitamins for the past year. They are hard on the stomach, but had the bonus of being available just about EVERYWHERE, and are inexpensive.

lurking from TTCAL @ndz2018 Ha, @lurvleybunchococonuts beat me to it, I switched to Zahler Prenatal +DHA a couple weeks ago. It has 1000mcg of methylfolate (a more bio-available form of folic acid), DHA and Iron. It was the best rated prenatal I could find that has all those in one pill.
@lurvleybunchoconuts Best case scenario is to do all of the testing before you start treatment, but I am a fellow PCOS-er who also did not do all the testing before I started treatment. We did the SA, but not the HSG and did 2 cycles before I did the HSG. When you've been waiting so long, it's hard to wait longer to start treatment, and I don't blame you for trying one cycle now. I hope it works!
@avrilmai I don't O on my own, but from hanging out on this board, it does seem like it just depends. Some people end up O'ing earlier and some later. Unfortunately, there's not really a way to tell which way it will go for you until you've done it. Hopefully the timing does work out.

I’m definitely feeling better this cycle (though still not particularly hopeful!). I’m so sorry that you didn’t get better news on the embies, but crossing my fingers so hard that that little one keeps on fighting!
@RVAmom315 It’s so nice to take a break from the meds! The penetration assay is the one with hamster eggs. MH and I decided to do it for more data, and also to see if we’re just wasting our time with IUIs. We can’t afford IVF, but at least we could stop medical intervention if it’s clearly not going to work. I’m not sure how trustworthy the test is though!
@jrm_14 We’ve spent some time hanging out with friends and playing board games, which has been fun. I’m not doing a great job keeping busy though! I need to develop some new hobbies. Ideas are welcome! I don’t know about the DNAF testing, but I’ll be keeping an eye on what other ladies say!
@AlohaKumu Fx so hard for you! I’ve also heard that clomid side effects are worse, but my RE said some research shows better outcomes for unexplained IF with clomid, so I guess I’ll try it!
@Avrilmai I’m definitely enjoying not being poked and prodded! So glad those cysts are clearing up and you get to do an IUI cycle! Fx crossed so hard that it works for you! Also, regarding your question, that was my experience this month. On unmedicated cycles I typically O on cd 13. Last cycle was medicated, and this cycle I think I O’d on cd 12 (not certain because I was just using opks though).
@shortstack930 Thanks for the info on your drug responses! I’m a little worried about lining on clomid. What amazing news on your embies! Nine frozen is so fantastic. Fx so hard for you.
@emmasemm Sorry your body isn’t cooperating! You are a superstar with the amount of work you’re handling right now. *hugs*
@ndz2018 So, so sorry about your foster pup. That’s hard to deal with. *hugs*
@hlb8179 Sorry you find yourself here, but welcome!
@lurvleybunchococonuts Thanks, friend! I’m not doing a fabulous job at relaxing, but I’m trying!
@elothair Usually they can do cd 3 bw between cd 2 and 4. If that would work with your schedule, maybe check with the RE. Sorry for the frustrating timing.
@50Wife I watch movies and read the whole time. So it might be calm enough but I really don’t want to take my temp on the plane. People would probably assume I’m sick then. I’m sorry your results are not what you were hoping for. I rooting so hard for that one little fighter!
@Augusta108 just a few more days!
@shortstack930 yay for those that caught up!!
@ndz2018 that’s so sad. I’m so sorry!
@hlb8179 welcome although I’m sorry you have to be here!
@elothair I hope your body cooperates!!

What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?):
Just had my cervical dilation surgery today.
How are things going?:
okay.
Any questions?:
small uterus? Anyone have/hear of this before? I knew mine is tilted but not really sure about this. Especially because doesn’t your uterus expand during pregnancy?
GTKY: In the spirit of the games, what is your favorite winter Olympic event to watch?
This might make me un-American but I have never watched them Olympics. And I’m mad that I have to wait 3 weeks to watch This is Us because of them. #sorrynotsorry
@rallykat14 The 19th so so close!! Looking forward to updates!!
@purplg8r Have fun on vacation!
@madspunk Is your next step IVF?
@50Wife I know you had such expectations for your little embryos but like you said it only takes 1!
@Augusta108 Consult is getting close!!
@darkstar42 I personally can’t wait for a break in march and try on our own... even though it most likely won’t happen since we have MFI.
@RVAmom315 Fx this IUI does the trick and if not I’m glad you have a plan set in place!
@AlohaKumu FX SO HARD FOR FRIDAY!!
@Avrilmai That good that the cycst was collapsing! Let’s go AF
@shortstack930 2/19 Is around the corner!! Did you guys do PGS testing on the other embryos?
@emmanemm You’re like superwoman!!
Typos

@lurvleybunchococonuts Supposedly letrozole has less mood side effects, too
@AlohaKumu Hope your waiting week is going well!
@lurvleybunchococonuts I know my RE put me in Letrozole because the side effects were a lot less.
@dragonette505 I’m glad your surgery is over!!
Also - I hope you're feeling ok!!
@lurvleybunchococonuts "my ovaries are for decorative display and rare usage" I'm sorry but I got a chuckle out of this. I hope things work out and you O on your own!!
@purplg8r hope you have a great time!
@dragonette505 So happy your surgery is over and you can move forward!
@lurvleybunchococonuts I hope O shows up. No advice on letrozole v clomid, I've only done Clomid
@alohakumu Thinking of you and hope your week is going well!

So... update: we made a last minute *very* rash decision yesterday evening and decided to throw caution into the wind. I know I'm likely to get beaucoup amounts of side-eye... but Coconuts doesn't always make smart decisions when it comes to potential baby-zorps. Decided to do a low dose femara cycle (yes, before doing our SA/HSG testing)

If you picked up some clomid off of the street an decided to take it, then yea I'd totally have different things to say to you.

THANKS!!
Spoiler for the long ass link
ETA New link, maybe this one will work. It doesn't look like the other one did.

@ndz2018 Ha, @lurvleybunchococonuts beat me to it, I switched to Zahler Prenatal +DHA a couple weeks ago. It has 1000mcg of methylfolate (a more bio-available form of folic acid), DHA and Iron. It was the best rated prenatal I could find that has all those in one pill.

@avrilmai I don't O on my own, but from hanging out on this board, it does seem like it just depends. Some people end up O'ing earlier and some later. Unfortunately, there's not really a way to tell which way it will go for you until you've done it. Hopefully the timing does work out.
