I would probably tear every ligament in my body attempting to do that.
My weekend is kind of crap. I had to work this morning, got a migraine at work, and haven't done much else. I did just take a nice long bath, which I hope will relax me since I haven't slept well in days. DH is already asleep, so I am trying to decide if I want to watch TV or read. Tomorrow, I hope to not step foot outside the house and just catch up on chores and relax a bit.
@holly321 A bath sounds luxurious. Hopefully you have a relaxing/productive day tomorrow. Do you use anything in your bath? I’m a huge fan of epsom salt. ETA: I’m passionate about my baths, lol. We redid our guest bathroom last fall. I could spend hours in the tub in there. Light a few candles, put salt in my bath, fluff up my bath pillow, and I even have a tray for the tub to hold book/phone/drink/etc.
@jrm_14, I usually would use Epsom salts, but am out, so I just used essential oils. It was pretty relaxing. I used to take baths all the time, but since staying with my parents while house hunting, I don't much anymore. My bath tub is small and right beside my parents room, so it is awkward. I can't wait to have out own house again, just to be able to take nice baths again.
@holly321 We're at my parents too while our house is being built... I seriously can't wait to be out. That's nice you can take your time to look for a house. I swear I knew every single house on the market in the closest 9 cities before we ended up 2 miles from our old house lol... it was ridiculous.
@jrm_14@holly321 I dream of one day having bathroom with a massive lounging tub and a shower stall eta oh and tons of counter space and mirrors

@lurvleybunchococonuts I want a double walk-in shower, with a sitting bench. Also, I lived in a house once that had a steam shower in it. Winning! A large soaker tub would be amazing.

@galactickates, it is nice to be able to be picky. It has worked out well too with me getting sick, we didn't have to worry about money or anything else. Plus my parents have plenty of room, so it isnt like we are comfortable. And I get we are being picky, but there has literally been only 3 houses we would even slightly considering in the last 6 months . If we don't find something by summer, I told DH we are going to buy land and build something.
+1 to glorious bathtubs! We’re actually waiting to redo our bathrooms still as I really really want a huge tub with jets and DH wants a double shower (with seat) and jets. Though if I now mention a steam shower I think that might go on his list too!
We’re waiting because we want to see how much money we have left after IVF. If we need lots more rounds then we would have to compromise on bathrooms.
But in in the meantime we’re doing lots of research and we will at least know what we want when the time comes!

Oh, I'd love a magnificent soaking tub. We rent an apartment right now, and our tub is terrible. DH and I have agreed that if we ever have the money to redo our bathroom once we have a house, it's getting a huge tub.
@emmasemm, that sounds amazing. DH and I really want a double shower, I never really thought of getting a seat. Our bathroom at our old house was awful too. The layout made us have to buy the smallest tub they made.
@eleven_ The music is just so good. I haven't bought the album just yet, but I plan to. I was listening to it on YouTube earlier. Which song is your favorite from it?
@dreamscapes_ I love The Greatest Show, The Other Side, and This Is Me. I think I like This Is Me for the song the most. My favorite part of the whole movie is the bar scene with Hugh and Zac when they sing The Other Side though. What about you?

@dreamscapes_ So glad you enjoyed the movie! We saw it several weeks ago and I loved it. Now I want to buy the soundtrack! I'm definitely buying the movie too when it comes out.
This is me tonight, trying to read a book while MH keeps interrupting me to tell me about his Minecraft adventures.
@eleven_ Honestly, same! During This Is Me, I was squeezing DH's hand so hard that he thought I was going to break his fingers, lol. But yeah, I LOVED the part in the bar. That bartender totally stole the scene.
@offtoneverland Same here! DH and I have Moviepass, so I kind of want to go see it again before it leaves theaters. You know, I don't really get Minecraft? A friend of ours plays it and tried to give DH a tutorial on it one day, but I don't think he was all that interested.
