R/R: Broke my phone today. Dropped it and the face of it shattered

Also had a sobering discussion with DH last night. He pretty much said he's tired of ttc sex, and that he thinks it's futile at this point. That we're not going to get pregnant without help. I know in my heart he's probably right, but it still hurt to hear it. I just wish he could muster up some kind of optimism for this cycle...major temp dip this morning, and a cervix that's high soft and open. So hopefully I finally get that temp spike. I just want this cycle to end now, and to start testing. DH zapped my positivity bubble...

@josie12367 Oh no! I'm sorry YH said that to you. That must be so frustrating to have him giving up on you. All signs point to an imminent O for you so I'm just so so hopeful that it'll work out without intervention. I know it's really scary to think about needing intervention, so I hope he'll be on board to wait with you until you're ready for that next step. I'll keep sending positive vibes your way in the meantime. Not that it actually helps but I wish it did! I'm sorry about your phone too.

And yes, we need to find some of these pizza festivals and glitter wine!!!

I knew something was up with him, I'm just thankful he opened up to me. Usually he keeps all his worries to himself. I had a good cry, and now I'm ready to focus on next steps. The referral and testing period will take a couple of months to complete, so I'm ready to get moving on it now. After this month's endless spotting and positive opks streak....I have a feeling I need updated tests and imaging for my pcos. I'm going to have to Google pizza fests...I'm craving a slice now!

Yeah, that's definitely a TW topic. You might want to add that it's about a loss, to give a heads up. I'm so so sorry by the way. That royally sucks. Our TTCAL thread would be a great place for you to find others who know what you're going through. (Hugs). As for the LH question, no its not always the same. It ebbs and peaks, but normally you have a baseline quantity, so you may always have a bit of a line on opks, but it's only dark with a true surge. Does that make sense and answer your question?

R/R: Rant: *TW for mentioning my kid* Yesterday was the mondayest Monday. My mil (who is generally pretty good and I usually don't complain about her) decided to be insane and have a huge fight with mh. Just emotionally exhausting. Rave: Today is not yesterday! Everyone is *sort of* made up so we can forget about it for a while. So I can just relax and spend the day with just me and my wee one. And the eagles won! So mh is ridiculously happy about that.

R/R: Rave: I start puppy classes with our pup Odin this evening, which I am excited about. I already do clicker training, and he knows "sit", "leave it", and "bed" and he is potty trained and crate trained. But I want to go all out and especially make sure he gets the socialization he needs. Rant: My husband goes to sales meetings every other Tuesday, even though he isn't a salesman yet. They have been promising him a promotion for over a year and he is trying to show how dedicated he is. So, he is always home late and it makes me sad, and it reminds me how stupid his company is being and how horribly bad we need this promotion.

CS/Q: nothing to see as I'm going to wait on temping until DH is also on board. I've decided not to add unnecessary stress on him and I will keep doing OPK's without having discussions about them with him to try to keep it a little less.. science-y with him.

All we want to know is the patio size.... but she has danced around the answer like she's back up for Justin Timberlake.... "it's the largest it can be on the lot size from the setbacks" "no extending" your furthest setback is 20 feet to the house which there is the patio" ???? Uhhhhh what???? I think we're getting one, H thinks we aren't. Everyone's confused. I finally wrote get back and was like just give us the dimensions!!!!!! Wtf

Rave: I have been selling items from my wedding this past October and I have someone buying a ton of stuff tomorrow and I can't wait to pass it off!

@josie12367 love these GTKY! Also, I’m sorry for the sobering discussion but it’s good that you both can communicate about it, I feel like that is very important for TTC, even if it’s not what you want to hear.
@offtoneverland I’m trying to be good and cut alcohol during the week (mostly for health reasons but it can’t hurt TTC right?) but they go so well together lol

@dreamscapes_ I also hate he DMV, my license expires this year and they just sent me a renewal form I can do via mail if my appearance, height, and weight haven’t changed. I’ve put on prob 25 lbs since my last license but I don’t care, I’m not going in just to change that. Everyone lies on their drivers license right??

Omg, you guys I'm legit scared my H is going to have a stroke or heart attack. Our builder painted our house the wrong F*cking color..... we're both at work, different companies, I seriously can feel his eye twitching from here. I don't think I've ever known him to be this angry. Advice - proof read everything you sign. People are stupid including H for not catching this mistake

@dreamscapes_ I started getting EWCM on cd7 this cycle, and got a positive OPK yesterday on cd11. So an early O is possible, but it's interesting that you're getting negative OPKs. How much EWCM do you usually get? Maybe you answered these questions already on the CS/Q thread; I'll go check there. Also, I love that you edited your GTKY for grammar. I did that too!
@kristah2 How was your workout today? What did you do?
@galactickates Argh! That's so dumb. Why can't they just say yes or no? I hope you get an answer soon.
@nmbrcrnchr1 I've been trying to cut back on alcohol as well but sometimes it's so hard! Last cycle I didn't drink at all during the TWW, so I'll probably do that this cycle as well. Not sure if it makes any difference at all but it can't hurt. Yay for a new position coming up at work! When will you start? It's great to have an end in sight.

@offtoneverland it was rough. I had a really bad headache before going so it wasn’t a great workout but I did some cardio and core and a good stretch! I’m just getting back after being off for a few months so just getting there is an accomplishment these days!
Youd never know I’ve worked in a gym for so long, near kills me to go these days!

@tessiesmom26 "Stay" is a hard command. Haha. I honestly haven't even started that one yet. Even though I really need to. Takes a ton of patience and very small baby steps. But it's never too late to do training classes! Although I understand the basics on training (I do clicker training), I love group classes because it's great for socialization and distractions! If your dog can listen and do commands with a group of other dogs in an unfamiliar place, they can do it anywhere! You can always do training classes at any age!
@kristah2 How does the POM juice taste? Is it strong?
@galactickates OMG How does that happen?? Was the the color way off from the original? Are they going to re-do it?

@Whitmore1027 I have no idea, H just spent the last hour compiling an email while his steak was getting cold! ... that's how serious he is. We had so many sign offs H just didn't proof read the latest one and she slipped in an old form.... and no.... they are doing nothing which is making H really pissed

@kristah2 Work rants are always a questionable thing for me. With where I work, it's hard for me to justify posting things, since it can easily be screenshot and all that. I definitely understand wanting to keep some of the stress away from YH!
@galactickates Why isn't she just giving you guys a straight answer? That's so bizarre that she won't just answer the question. Hopefully they'll just repaint everything and not bill you for it, since it's their doing. That's awful.
@tessiesmom26 Our DMV does appointments, so we were only there for about 45 minutes, all told. Yay for having people buy things left from the wedding! We donated our backdrop to the venue and asked people to just take the centerpieces with them. Didn't really have much beyond that, I don't think.
@nmbrcrnchr1 You know, I don't think my license even has my weight on it, but I'm not sure. And it's across the room and I'm not getting up, lol. Congrats on the new position! That's awesome!

@kristah2 Mix pom juice with some naturally flavored sparkling water (like Le Croix or an equivalent). That's what I did and it tasted delicious.
@suzycupcake My favorite website to buy lingerie is Frederick's of Hollywood. I have a large chest, so I could never fit in anything from Victoria's Secret, and Frederick's has plenty of sizes that fit me really well. That said, I haven't worn lingerie in a long time...
