I am feeling stabby in general. Combo of being cooped up in the house all weekend, a headache that hasn't gone away for the past 3 days, anxiety trying to get our house ready to put on the market in the next few weeks, house hunting, my husband procrastinating on taxes, and work basically asking me to do the work of 4 people when I barely feel like 1/2 a person as it is. Add to that exH has recently stopped communicating the way we have for the past 4+ years. Ugh. This is such a Monday! Fake wine and chocolate for all who read my rant.

My car is having a scary issue where the engine will cut out randomly. It's happened 3 times now, and I refuse to drive it until we get it fixed. It also has a torn CV boot, needs brake pads, and an oil change. No idea how much this will all cost to fix, or how long I'll be without a car, but it's definitely more and longer than I want to deal with right now. I'm using the excuse to not leave the couch, and take lots of naps.

My BF today is pretty lame, but it's my body - I woke up this morning with the worst lower back pain - the kind where it's so bad that you feel a stab every time you bend or move. Is this pregnancy?? Or just "I slept wrong"?? I'm only 12 weeks - it feels too early for this nonsense. Anyway, about half way through the day I got a roaring headache too. Ughh. Oh and I thought my NIPT results were coming in today, but nothing. I guess it's tomorrow. I'm a wreck waiting for them.
Damn. I came with a petty BF but there is some heavy stuff going on in here. Sorry guys! I hope some things lighten up for some of you! Family issues are so hard when you feel like you need to be putting yourself first at this time in our lives.

Unfortunately that sounds like sciatica. Mine is occurs if I'm laying the wrong way, sitting for too long at my desk, pushing myself too hard by doing to much (like building a desk by myself) or staying in the same position for too long. Mine started about two weeks ago and I'm pretty sure it'll last until birth.
^^ Ugh! I let DS nap in my bed with me today and woke up in a weird twisted position and now my lower back hurts. It’s not that bad but enough to be annoying. Hats off to you co sleepers. DS wants to sleep right on top of me.

I have a BF. So, we sold our queen bed (the frame + head board + foot board) yesterday. I cried because I'm lame. It was our first bed, and first big purchase as a couple.
Anyway ... We also GAVE the people who picked it up a solid wood twin bed because we didn't want to mess with selling it. Sold the queen bed for $80 when I probably should have gotten more. Whatever. They just messaged me on Facebook pissed off because I guess the bed screws aren't with the bed? How is that my problem? I hate online sales sometimes. I told the lady the screws should have been taped to it somewhere but I'll look for them I guess. Whatever.
ETA: The screws should have been taped to the bed so if they lost them, I don't care...basically. Lol.

He last time I sold something, it was a purse. Legit coach purse. Used. But still had receipt, dust bag, etc. Met the lady, she looked it over, agreed, paid. We went our merry ways. The next day she’s like she doesn’t want it. Not what she was expecting. And I’m like that’s not how that works. And then she tried to accuse me of selling a fake. It was clear she just had buyers remorse or something but I just blocked her. Grateful we did the exchange somewhere public because he craziness was scary. No more selling stuff. I just donate it. Lol.
Wow this week is definitely heavier than normal it seems. I need something adorable and cheerful to help me get through these next few days.
My (late) bfest: I have the flu. I’m on day 9. I had to go in for iv fluids twice now because I couldn’t keep anything down. Between the nausea and the coughing so hard I can’t stop puking - this is rough. Everyone keeps telling me “it’ll get better soon”. The flu is no joke - but the flu while pregnant and asthmatic? Way way worse. I’ve lost 7lbs, and when I cough I piss my pants. I literally slept 22 hours yesterday. I got up to take meds and have coughing fits and that was it.
The positive of this is I got to see the baby both times I was in the ER and the little one is happy and dancing away in there. I know all the coughing won’t hurt the baby but I can’t imagine it promoting a quiet relaxing environment either. I’ve also started to feel daily movement which is pretty great.
Still hating the flu right now though. It’s kicking my ass.
Yesterday was so busy for me but I just wanted to pop in and give my support to @neeraja_k and @delujm0 and anyone else who had a crappy Monday. My BF yesterday was my son’s ridiculous epic tantrums. He had like three that lasted at least a half hour. Ugh.
