I had my first bona-fide baby dream the other day, and it was distressing.
Hubby gave away my baby and I was searching high and low, in every thing I thought you could hide a baby, and I found our dog in a dresser drawer by chance (wtf?). I never did find out why he gave it away, but I woke up flustered and stressed out, unable to get back to sleep. I'm trying not to read anything into it about if it means anything, but man I'd rather have 'monster chasing you' dreams than that again.
I had a dream last night that we had a girl and named her Alice (both things I hope for in real life, but will obviously be totally ok with a boy too). And then when I went to introduce her to my family, she was no longer a human baby but a giraffe. And my dad could not pronounce the name Alice for the life of him. He was less concerned about her being a giraffe.
I finally had my first super vivid pregnancy dream last night and it was horrifying. I will not go into detail but it was about a loss. Thanks, hormones.
I woke up pissed at H because how dare he invite the neighbors and the band Marcy Playground to play Sex and Candy in the kitchen at 9pm at night. Craziest part? The lead singer had enough nerve to ask me to get the baby to stop crying people were complaining.
I had a dream I was an actor in a realistic concentration camp reenactment where my sole job was to scare Nazi sympathizers. Like terrify them, convince them that it didn't just happen, but was happening to them. I was really, really good at it, apparently. Then I was mysteriously drunk laying down in the grass with my cousins after epically failing an attempt at riverdancing.
Also dreamed that my doctor prescribed medicine I had to vape, and I was excited to break my pen out for the first time in like two years.
No pregnancy-specific dreams so far, but I'll take it. I had horrible nightmares with DD. Too visceral and vivid--I still have strong panicky reactions just thinking about it!
Also, dream Os aren't common? I had no idea, I thought all the talk about "wet" dreams in high school just focused on guys for the mess, not the experience
I had a dream unrelated to pregnancy. I was a super hero, and was fighting bad guys with other superhero’s. However, I was really unhappy with my superhero powers lol. All I could do was send/throw balls of electricity at peoples but they were worthless! I was so deflated lol.
I had a dream someone attacked me and was trying to hurt my baby (very similar to Season 1 of 'Lost'). And when I tried to go to the doctor, the only person available to drive me was an ex who was being a big jerk (which, accurate). I woke up before I made it to the doctor. I don't think the Dharma Initiative is after my baby, so that's good.

@mrslittlemac I don't know the stats, but all of my college friends looked at me like I was a freak when I mentioned dream O's. They said their experience with sex dreams was always more about the story/dialogue vs. actually doing the deed, and when they did get that far, they didn't remember actually experiencing an O. My sample size is very small, but it's not something I ask a lot of people about.

@lakesideknitter I never had a sleep O until I was pregnant. I woke up immediately after with terrible cramps, so now I'm so scared of it happening again (and super scared to have sex with my husband).
I had a dream last night that I got my NIPT results (which, haven't done the NIPT yet) and it was a girl. But instead of saying girl or female on my patient portal, the options were 'Emma' or 'Emmett'. Neither of which are on my name list.
I've been having dreams every night, which never used to happen before I was pregnant.

I had my first dream about the new baby. I was going into labor and then all of a sudden I blacked out and when I woke up*In the dream* I had a baby girl, but she was wearing blue. I was like WTF happened why was I put under anesthesia to deliver the baby? Something unexplained happened and I guess my Mom had the power to decide to knock me out. I was so mad at her! I was like so did I have a C section? Nobody would answer the question and the next thing I know the baby turned into a kitten and I believed I gave birth to that instead of a baby.
My insight into this bizarre dream is the convo that was taking place about doula's and them advocating for you. LOL my Mom didn't do the greatest in the dream scenario and I actually said to myself when I woke up, someone else needs to know my wishes!
Another dream last night- DH and I were frantically packing to leave our home (which was a gigantic, Marie Antoinette-style palace) and I took a moment to watch our baby. It was a little girl with light brown curly hair, a lavender outfit, and pink glasses. She looked about ten months old. Definitely looked like it could have been mine. All my dreams so far have been about a baby girl. We'll see how that works out.

I dreamed last night that I delivered a healthy beautiful baby boy (!!!) and that I was trying to breastfeed him but my milk was shooting out all over the place, fire hose style. I seriously woke up and checked to make sure I didn't leak through my shirt, it was so real!
I've had weird dreams about my longest-relationship ex ("the" ex) who is now a transgendered woman, trying to get with me to have sex. But in the dreams, she is always back as a man but really drug addicted and I am totally cool with it. TFFFFFFFFFFF.
my dreams have been super weird. In my dream last night I was trying to get to a friends house and instead ended up in this weird house where a few girls from my old sorority lived (I think I dreamt that cause a few have added me on fb recently). As I left, my car was missing, except it wasn’t my car cause I had borrowed my friends car but forgot to tell her so she thought it was stolen and it was towed. I didn’t know this but was frantically trying to call her or DH and my phone wouldn’t do it. Then at one point I was running from the cops for some reason, I think they were bad cops or something. And I went and hid between two houses. I went toward their back yard and saw they backed up to a vineyard. I was about to jump the fence till this man came running covered in food. I hid and jumped behind a bush and it turned out he was being chased by a lion! Wtf. He was trying to through the lion off his trail by throwing the food off him which some ended near me. That’s when I woke up.
Then I had another dream where we sold our house we just bought in June and bought a giant major fixer upper house. It was so discombobulated and did not at all seem like a good buy. In my dream I was mad at DH for making that decision without me lol. Then i woke up again. Weird dream night.
I had a really terrifying dream about a few people robbing a bank near our house. We went home, and then heard footsteps upstairs, and realized that the robbers were in our house. I woke up in a panic.

my dreams have been super weird. In my dream last night I was trying to get to a friends house and instead ended up in this weird house where a few girls from my old sorority lived (I think I dreamt that cause a few have added me on fb recently). As I left, my car was missing, except it wasn’t my car cause I had borrowed my friends car but forgot to tell her so she thought it was stolen and it was towed.
