I’ve been getting terrible headaches in the morning, like I feel like I have a bad hangover but I def didn’t drink! I drink lots of water but can’t figure out what’s it’s from or how to prevent it. It’s driving me nuts. I’ll mention it to my doc at my check up but any advice from you experienced ladies.
my lidido is super high so I’m not in that club lol.
@catftm2018 I am also waking up with headaches, at the base of my neck really, and I just started wondering if they are related to back pain, which I seem to experience when I am up cooking or cleaning the kitchen for a long period of time. They seem to be worse on those days. There are probably so many other reasons too though, because I also think I have a sinus infection so sometimes I am waking up with face and headaches due to that! Sometimes tylenol helps, sometimes not. You can take up to 4000mg in a day pregnant. Ugh, pregnancy/sickness so great!
@catftm2018 I wake up with what feels like a hangover headache every morning. It's not fair if you didn't even get to have fun the night before!

Yet another wicked migraine. What I wouldn’t do for an Advil
@catftm2018 no real advice, just solidarity on the headache/hungover front. I wake up with such a dry mouth no matter how much water I drink and the headaches are brutal and Tylenol doesn’t touch them. I hope you’re feeling better soon!
I know it's kinda early, but today I keep randomly getting weird sensations in my lower abdomen that I swear it's baby. Three times in the last hour I would randomly get a flipping feeling. The only way I can describe it is that sensation in your belly when you're on a rollercoaster and you go over a hill really fast.
@nimmle I felt baby rolling around last night. Haven’t noticed any solid kicks/punches yet but I remember the weird feeling when they flip around from last time!
I've been experiencing something that I haven't read much about. It's like this occasional intense pressure in my vajajay area. The way I describe it is that it's almost like there's a weight inside pulling down. It usually is noticeable and more intense when I'm walking. It's not painful, but isn't comfortable. Anyone else have this? Guessing probably just pressure from my uterus but I don't hear it talked about a lot.
@kinny512 weirdly that has gone away for me but around 13/14 weeks i had the same, especially while walking. I think as my uterus moved up it got better (I’m sure temporarily) because it’s not nearly as bad now at just about 18w
All I can say is I’m uncomfortable as hell! Going to sit down I keep feeling like I’m “crunching” baby- probably RLP but sucks. I’m a nurse so I’m constantly up/down. I also just get random cramps. cant sit forward comfortably. So early this time. I’m only 15 weeks - last time this was around 25 weeks or so.
I just spent 12 hours in the ER!!!! I have had the pleasure of having my first ever UTI. Peeing blood is fun. Baby is good though, I got lucky and they gave me two ultrasounds so I got to hear heartbeat and that baby is 9 days ahead, but no pics
@elizabethrn87@SmashJam YES to this! Me too. Every time I go to sit down I get this really weird pressure/crunching feeling. It's so uncomfortable! I'm in a desk job so it makes me not want to get up ever because sitting back down is so unpleasant.
@hayhay93 those are nasty! I hope you feel better soon! Yay for seeing the babe though.
I found out my random hip pain is my SI joint. Common I guess, and it will come and go. It's better this week and has barely been there but I need to modify some exercises.
@ckmb_knottie mostly in yoga she said to not exaggerate cat cow stretches, especially cat. I'm already modifying the cow part to not arch my back and make it more neutral as it stretches my belly otherwise. She also suggested to not cross legs while sitting, not sit on your calf (like in a half crossed position where you pretty much sit on your foot) and not stand with one of the hips popping out, if that makes sense.
Today I had a really hard poop and had some pink spotting as a result. I freaked the F out. I'm feeling better, but I can't wait to go home and use my doppler .
Anyone else experience extreme bubble guts and cramping if they take their prenatals at night? I had forgotten a couple nights this week and took them RIGHT before bed. I thought it was what I ate the first night but I didn't eat anything similar last night and was up half the night running back and forth from the toilet. Wondering if it was taking my vitamins late.
@SmashJam I’ve always taken them at night because i have to take my thyroid med in the am (they have to be separate) and i always have to poop first thing in the morning. But it’s not always bubble gut like.
Still throwing up. So fun. And so gassy. I also wish I could eat food that doesn't hurt my stomach. My husband said, "welcome to the family". His family all have stomach issues and basically eat to survive, not for enjoyment. I've always had an iron stomach (and enjoyed food) but this baby is really making eating a chore.
