My WTF is dedicated to my newish co worker whose always has a story to tell about something you or someone else brings up. Someone had the flu at work but came back and she went into a 10 minute story of the flu she had freshman year in college like 20 years prior because she didn’t have money for the flu shot. WHO. CARES.
@ecwk all of the hugs for you. Toddlers are hard, kids are hard, momming is hard. Sounds like today is one of those days you all just need to survive and wake up again tomorrow and start over. You totally got this.
@scottishlass1213 Ugh my brother does that. But he's awfully narcissistic and just loves to talk about himself, so if there's a way to turn the story or the limelight back on him, he'll do it. Super annoying.
@ecwk I had this exact same thought the other day. My four year has continued to try my patience. She is at that stage where everything is the opposite of what I say. It is so annoying. My exact thought was “what have I gotten myself into?” I have to remind myself this is only temporary.
My WTF Wednesday is to you ladies who have a normal appetite. My 1 1/2 meal a day appetite is getting old. I just want to eat and be ok after the fact. I am hating on each of you whike wishing I was you.

I had a busy day today but did a lot of lurky lurking and just want to contribute a WTF
WTF BMI calculator. This "science" seriously needs to be updated. Use calipers, formulate different body types, estimate muscle mass, SOMETHING. Using just height and weight to figure out a percentage of body fat to label on your medical chart is bogus.
@scottishlass1213 my MIL is like that and honestly it drives me crazy some days. She never shows actual interest in what you're saying just turns it around to talk about her life.
My WTF is my MIL. She called DH last night to tell him we are not allowed to raise our baby vegetarian. We both have been vegetarians for over five years. Luckily DH is handling this one because if I had to talk to her it would not be pretty.
My WTF goes to DS’ daycare provider who texted me last night to blame me for DS having diaper issues yesterday due to me overfeeding him kiwi. He had 1 1/2 kiwi, which is less than he normally has.
It just pissed me off because she feeds him every meal and snack he eats M-F other than dinner, so clearly it has to be the meal I feed him that’s the problem.
To be fair, I have a number of other issues with her, so it was more of an icing on the cake scenario. We’re moving DS to another situation in the fall that we think will be far better.
WTF, Mom. Why must you have a full nursery at your home when my fiance and I will live 5 hours away from you when our baby comes? That's not even the worst part. She refuses to buy anything on my registry because she needs to decorate her nursery. She bought a 7-foot teddy bear on Saturday to inspire her decorating. And, she had the nerve to tell me that being Team Green is robbing her of the full grandmother experience. Is there a such thing as grandma-zilla?!
WTF district?!?!? Its payday and NO ONE who has direct deposit has gotten paid. Its 10:30 MST and my check normally hits at ~4am MST. Bitch this better be fixed or you are paying all the overdrafts from my auto withdrawls.

OMG. Thank goodness she will be 5 hours away. Lol. When my son was born, my MIL, who lived over an hour away would just "show up" because she was "in the neighborhood." We had to put our foot down on that real quick.
@satin_doll Yes, grandma-zillas are totally a thing! MIL was disappointed when our first was a boy and is determined that LO should be a girl. She’s even come up with miserable names for this theoretical granddaughter that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy (historical family names that have died out centuries ago for obvious reasons).

@proudparent2b lolol The names! Shucks, 2 of 3 reasons I'm Team Green is to rein her in. I was trying to avoid any of her name suggestions and she wanted to plan a gender reveal party, which I wanted no parts in. I'm sure she just havent thought of any "good" names though lol
I threatened that DH & I would find out whether LO is a boy or girl, and then not tell anyone else. I know my mom will go way overboard buying clothes that I won’t even want as soon as she finds out.
In other news, WTF to my IL’s who have been completely silent on the topic of me being pg. They’ve only called us when they need something. I’m not sure if they’re mad at us or what. I even suggested to DH that could watch DS on Saturday while we’re in Pittsburgh, and he said he’d rather take DS with us. Even though last night he said we should start letting DS spend some more time with his parents. So something is apparently going on there.
