    I’ve been trying to continue working out how I was before I found out I was pregnant. I do circuit training and strength training 3-4 x a week, I do cardio daily and go for walks every morning. I still do interval training, but think I will need to start slowing it down a bit. The only thing I’ve stopped is hot yoga.
