Any of you gals have some weird pregnancy dreams or dreams that actually came to be?
With my first, I dreamed it was a girl several times ( we were team green), and that she would love orange (random I know). But both came true. We had a little girl and now as a toddler she loves orange haha!
So last night I dreamed this pregnancy was twins. I feel like it's a shot in the dark because the chances are so so low, but I got a little excited. I have my first ultrasound Thursday so we'll see

Let's hear those dreams ladies and if any have manifested!!
Re: Pregnancy dreams
I wrote down some of my other dream details about her in her baby book (mostly was what her favorite things would be flower, candy etc.). They were just so vivid I had to write them down. We will have to wait untill she is older to see if those manifest. Should be good for a laugh either way

Lots of scary dreams going on in here it seems. Wish all you ladies luck in that they pass soon, no fun. I think it has a lot to do with all the emotions and hormones fluctuating. I had scary dreams after my daughter was born that something would happen to her, but I think that's just the maternal instinct to protect and worry about them. Hugs.
@bracanewbie With my fist, I had VERY vivid dreams of having a boy. Well it turns out (old wives tale) that if you dream of a boy, you'll actually have a girl (which I did).

What is pelvic rest?
Pelvic rest is a term to describe delaying putting anything into a woman's vagina during her pregnancy in order to prevent medical complications.
This includes abstaining from having sex, limiting any procedures like an obstetrical check for dilation, and possibly restricting any exercises that may strain the pelvic floor.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists explains that studies have not proven that refraining from sex actually works to help prevent pregnancy complications or preterm labor and premature birth. However, they still recommend pelvic rest in certain cases.
--according to the google it would seem you are safe. If you really are concerned though, I'm sure your doctor has heard this question before! I would be wondering the same thing if I was on pelvic rest.
