  • Does anyone have a good water tracking app?  I like to see tangible progress and set goals.

  • @sabby2 - If you have a fitbit you can track it through that app.  That's what I do.  I'm unfortunately not hitting my step goal often these days.

  • @mytinc confession, my fitbit hasn't been charged in months..... oops.  I sometimes track with my fitness pal but you can't set a water goal.

  • I forgot to check in over the long weekend. I didn't make it on Saturday but I did (barely) make it Sunday. I'm not sure about yesterday because I lost count lol. Starting off great today though!

  • Made it!

  • I made it today but can tell I was still slacking. I only took in 70oz and can tell I'm not hydrated. My body requires a lot of water to feel "normal", especially my heart palpitations.

Worse, I left my 64oz water bottle at work tonight so tomorrow I will have to find a new drinking apparatus to get me to my first 64oz I like to finish before I leave for work. Me and my water bottle have an unhealthy relationship.  I carry it around everywhere I go like a paci or some crap.
  • You got this @ramblebee . I used to have a hard time with water too a few years ago before I made it some new years resolution one year; probably the only one in my life I've ever stuck to. It gets easier once your body gets used to it and it becomes habit. May take some time, but you'll get there.  :)

We may need baby carriers for 100oz water bottles lol
  • I'm never going to be able to post a gif here, but I'm keeping an eye on this thread and HIGH FIVE TO EVERYONE!!! GOOD JOB LADIES!!
