I wasn't on yesterday, and missed the goal. If we're still at 64 today, I hit that. I'm actually around 80 now and going for a refill.

Since it's Monday and I'm always behind after the weekend (I just don't Bump much from my phone), are we still shooting for 64 or has the amount increased?

@sabby2 - If you have a fitbit you can track it through that app. That's what I do. I'm unfortunately not hitting my step goal often these days.

@sabby2 My sister has used a couple apps to track water but she hasn't found the perfect one. One of them only gives you the option to track water (no other beverages) and will remind you when you're not on track. What she likes about it is if you are ahead of your goal, it wont remind you that hour. Another one she uses, My Water Balance, I believe, lets you track other beverages. Like it will let you select coffee and give you 1% of the volume or juice and give you 30% or something (plain ole water being 100%) but that app will remind you every hour regardless of where you are for your goal.
Personally, as I think it was discussed on randoms last week, I just like using a water bottle of a particular volume, 30 oz Yeti FTW, and I try to drink one before lunch, one after lunch and one in the evenings. So much easier at work than at home on the weekends running around.
Which brings me to...64 oz by 3 pm!

Made myself get to 64 ounces before the end of the work day. That means I just chugged about 24 ounces in the past 30 minutes. This should make the 40 minute drive home lots of fun. I'm sure I'll be running for the bathroom door when I get home.

I forgot to check in over the long weekend. I didn't make it on Saturday but I did (barely) make it Sunday. I'm not sure about yesterday because I lost count lol. Starting off great today though!

I made it today but can tell I was still slacking. I only took in 70oz and can tell I'm not hydrated. My body requires a lot of water to feel "normal", especially my heart palpitations.
Worse, I left my 64oz water bottle at work tonight so tomorrow I will have to find a new drinking apparatus to get me to my first 64oz I like to finish before I leave for work. Me and my water bottle have an unhealthy relationship. I carry it around everywhere I go like a paci or some crap.
You got this @ramblebee . I used to have a hard time with water too a few years ago before I made it some new years resolution one year; probably the only one in my life I've ever stuck to. It gets easier once your body gets used to it and it becomes habit. May take some time, but you'll get there.
We may need baby carriers for 100oz water bottles lol
Re: Weekly Water (week of Jan 8)
Feeling good about 4 days in a row (jokes on me when we up the amount next week
Was tough today to get there with all the running around we did today. Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. Catching up now.
