I hope I'm starting this thread correctly (my first time!). I see high-risk check-ins are scheduled for Tuesdays but since I don't see one for this week and I have an update I'm getting things rolling...
I have a blood clotting disorder that had me on lovenox for the majority of my last pregnancy and heparin for the final couple weeks. My first doctor appointment is scheduled in 2 weeks but I just received a call that my doctor wants me to start the injections now. UGH I do NOT miss daily injections! I know it's pretty early but I'm wondering if anyone else has already begun treatment for their high risk issues? Today I am 5 weeks and 6 days based on the first day of my last AF.
Hope your week is going well and you're staying warm in this cold weather!

I go for my first ultrasound on 01/08 with my RE and I am going to talk to her at that appointment about when I should start seeing a MFM - i'm hoping to get a preventative cerclage around 12w

Hi @harleyquinn0621! Sounds like quite the journey but that's awesome you are able to see your doctor in a few days and get going on your plan of action. And you get your ultrasound! I'm not familiar with what a cerclage is but I'm going to look it up!
I have PCOS, been on Metformin like forever and during pregnancy will be on insulin starting from 10-11 weeks till the end. Had PIH during last pregnancy and still taking BP meds. Had history of IC, cerclage placement by 12 weeks. DS was born 4 weeks early with SFGA due to low amniotic fluid. Also has history of migraine
@bissie17 Hey, we're pcos cycsters!
