I'm a day late but are any other moms feeling frustrated that they feel so crappy? I've been doing my best to at least do something active each day but only succeeded twice this week. Today I did a yoga with Adrienne video and it just made me feel dizzy. I'm hoping so much that with the second trimester this will pass and I'll get back to my usual jogging and working out.

something that’s been majorly helping me with MS is a few sips of milk or juice before bed and a protein shake first thing in the morning.
Now I just need something to get my energy up, lol.
I’ve been wondering the same thing about being able to lie on my back. I know it’s early but I’m just so nervous all the time. Doing ab workouts worries me too but I hate ab workouts so maybe that’s just my subconscious coming up with excuses ha.
