@elsie42 I didn’t until I went home for Christmas but now I eat ALL the cold deli meat. My dad had some from Publix (we don’t have Publix here) so I couldn’t resist. I’ve been eating deli meat ever since. Still not eating uncooked veggies though, seems like veggies have been a problem (recalls, warnings, etc) our entire pregnancy. But now that I’m eating turkey sandwiches again I do miss topping with veggies.

@ffw0617 you rebel! I've been dying to bring ham back in the fold but DH has only "allowed" me to have a sub twice! I'm literally like you better bring me one after I deliver! It's like what the point I could get Listeria from lettuce so....
My OB basically tells me lunch meat is fine. She’s like yeah, people mostly get sick from eating veggies or hummus but the recommendation is to avoid lunch meat. And then we stare at each other for a second and move on. Happened with both pregnancies.
@stephcat421@pupsicle23 yeah, when I look at the CDC's list of listeria outbreaks in the last few years, nowhere do I see sandwich meat. So. There's that.
I’m a HELL NO on Miracle whip but I have some Midwest friends that love it.
UO - I don’t like sour cream. I think it’s because DH puts a tub of sour cream on everything and it grosses me out.
Question - who is NOT dipping their pizza crust in a pool of ranch dressing? But also try honey instead for a treat - especially with a wheat or cornmeal crust.
I love sour cream. It has been my most consistent pregnancy desire. I have a tub at work and home and I started taking it to restaurants because I’m always being charged extra I want so much.

My doctor just told me to heat it up so that's what I've been doing. All of the veggie recalls/warnings definitely make me nervous though.
