R/R: My monitoring appointment is tomorrow morning! Fx for two follies! I have to run errands today, but otherwise it will be another lazy day. I might try making whole wheat bread, if I feel like it. I really do need to do a lot of cooking either today or tomorrow so we have leftovers for the week. MH goes back to work on Monday, so he'll be super busy again.

R/R: Had a great evening out in the city yesterday with DH - dinner and theatre. Made me realize we don’t do it often enough. Especially we went out directly from work, so he was in his suit and me in my dress suit, it somehow felt naughty
Today we’ve finally bought a new TV stand (we’re holding off buying the big projector screen we have planned until we know how much we have to spend on IVF still...) after 1.5 years so DH can have the drawers the TV was “temporarily” on when we moved in back in his office. Xmas decorations are all down and packed away. And now we’re like zombies on the couch as DH’s shoulder pain is bad and the painkillers have knocked him out, and my RA is playing up so I’m dosed up too! Which I guess should be a rant, but despite this we managed to achieve our plans today, so it’s kind of a rave day.
C/S: Still stimming, with Ganirelix to prevent ovulation. Having some mild reactions to the Ganirelix for the first time ever, but nothing too bad. Just asking my ovaries very nicely to keep growing those two follies together nice and strong and healthy so we have a good monitoring appointment on Monday. Come on follies, grow grow grow!

I love sooooooo many power ballads. I have a massive play list on my iPod in my car. They never get old. I sing my heart out to them whilst I’m driving each day. Something by Heart, or from the “Heaven and Hell” albumn by Meatloaf and Bonnie Tyler, any Jennifer Rush, Bangles, Roxette, Starship, Journey, REO Speedwagon... Ok pretty much any song
Absolute favorite when I was younger was Eternal Flame - I made a 90 tape with just that song back to back on both sides!

WAYDTGKU: PNVs, CoQ10, pomegranate juice, acupuncture; pretty much trying everything I can at this point. Taking a break from temping and OPKs though because it makes me feel insane sometimes.
R/R: Cold day today but I don't mind because it means we get to spend the day inside. DH is making some yummy rice and beans in the Instant Pot and I'll probably just relax and read a book for a while. I do need to do a workout soon though, so hopefully I can get up the energy to do that. I've been feeling a bit emotionally drained lately which means I haven't been exercising because I just want to sit on the couch and do nothing.
GTKY: I've been watching Glee so I'll pick Don't Stop Believin' by Journey! I love all the Journey songs they do on Glee in the season one finale.

I’ve also been struggling a bit emotionally and the couch is where I retreat in those times. DH knows if I spend a whole day on the couch without being sick with flu or something, then he needs to do something to entice me off, otherwise I might stay there for years...
I still need to find the electric cable for our damn exercise bike, then I can watch TV whilst trying to get my heart rate up a bit... but it’s somewhere in the attic with a lot of spiders... which I think is a pretty credible excuse

@emmasemm I definitely don't blame you for not wanting to go find the power cable for your bike in the spider-infested attic. I still haven't put away the boxes of Christmas decorations because I don't want to go in the crawl space!

@offtoneverland I can totally understand OPKs causing insanity! This has been my first month using them and it’s stressful! So many rules to try to follow to get an accurate reading. A night in with a good book sounds like a good plan!

R/R: Rant: Last night my DH told me to “relax” after I was discussing OPKs. That was annoying. I decided to take 1 more OPK and then be done with it for this month. Rave: I think I finally got a positive OPK. Retesting tomorrow and then I’ll move to TWW.
GTKNY: Don’t Stop Believin is always a good choice!
@meladams10 - I get angry anytime anyone tells me to relax. Grr... I hope your OPK was positive!
