UPDATE *TW* 5w 3D ultrasound results

My lab work confirmed I’m having another miscarriage. I wish you all a wonderful pregnancy.
I had an ultrasound done yesterday at 5w 3D but they only found a gestational sac. No yolk sac, now my doctor wants me to come in this morning for blood work. *TW * I had a loss last month so I’m terrified something is wrong again. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I have also been having mild cramps and really bad back pain. I’ll update once I get my results.
