I am almost 21w and think I felt the baby in my 19th week. By the 20th I felt the baby some more and I knew that it must be him!
My TTC journey:
Me and DH: 30-35 Unexplained infertility TTC #1 since 2015 11/2015 - BFP! 12/2015 - MC IVF #1 July 2017 freeze all (20 eggs, 15 mature, 10 fert, 6 blasts, 4 PGS normal) FET #1 TBD Surprise BFP 9/2017 while waiting for FET... hoping for the best!
I felt the popping candy/fluttering sensation around 17/18 weeks with the first two pregnancies. This time I have been “blessed” with a high anterior placenta so it’ll probably take a little longer. I‘m thinking maybe 2/3 weeks more. The pregnancy doesn’t really seem that real to me until I start feeling that there’s an actual baby in there, moving around.
I had been feeling little flutters for awhile now, but sporadically. Just in the past week (I'll be 20 weeks on Sunday) I've felt consistent movement everyday several times a day. Such a reassuring little feeling. It almost takes me by surprise while I'm teaching. You'd think with this being #2 if be more used to it by now.
I’ve been feeling them every day for About a week now. If I got the timing right, I feel like dh would be able to feel them but they always stop kicking when I tell dh to feel.

ETA: I’ll be 21 Weeks tomorrow
LOL this is hilarious because that's exactly how I feel and I'm 21 weeks tomorrow too. Yesterday I said quick feel, you'll feel it on the outside! And then the baby stopped and my husband was super confused lol.
We watched tv in bed last weekend and baby Mayday was being a wild person. I felt it outside first and then dh just sat with his hand on me for 5 or so minutes and he felt movement. Definitely a waiting game at times.
Same as @mileswithmyles, H felt her Christmas night for the first time around 21 weeks. She responds to ice cream and pizza . FTMs, usually a cold sugary drink gets them going, but it's still early for outside kicks so don't worry. When we get later on and inevitably start worrying you haven't felt them much that day your OB will usually suggest OJ to see if it gets them to move. Worth a shot if you want to see if they will react. I had some cold cranberry juice and felt her so much recently.
DH is too impatient to wait. She did kick once when he was touching me but he said he couldn't feel it on the outside so maybe my layers of fat? Who knows.
My wife was able to feel him at 20 weeks or so, only a week after I did, but it was a single HUGE kick in the exact right spot where my placenta's not in the way. Since then (now 22 weeks) she's only felt him one more time and it was much smaller, but like others said, he tends to just suddenly stop kicking and chill out whenever she puts her hand there. I think he's the only person/animal she's ever had a calming effect on. Our dogs go batshit the second she gets home. Lol.
DH felt this one around 21/22 weeks. Can't recall the specific day. But this baby likes to throw a dance party and then immediately stop if anyone tries to catch her doing it besides me. Oh well! Lol
I have an anterior placenta and FINALLY felt the baby late last night in bed. My little dog jumped on my tummy and then off and then little girl either kicked or punched right back! I hadn't eaten much because I stop eating around 6 pm for stomach reasons, so I know this wasn't digestion or gas! NOw I am just laying around all day trying to feel it again. (oh yah, I'll be 23 weeks on MOnday)
At my a/s, the tech said not to really expect it until 22 weeks. I've been feeling pretty consistent movement for the past couple of weeks. No one can feel it yet. This is my 3rd kids and DH has yet to feel a kick.
Is it weird that at 18(almost 19) weeks I'm still not consistently feeling movement? I've definitely felt the baby but not on a regular basis. I'm definitely overweight so maybe that's why?
@JNCPro3130 according to the tech, it's not. She said baby isn't even a pound. (I get my anatomy scans done at a perinatology office with an amazing tech.)
I started feeling flutters at 17 weeks and actually guessed where my placenta was at before our A/S because of that? Maybe I just got lucky that I was right because logically the placenta would block some of that feeling. No idea.
I’m almost 21 weeks and now I feel her all the time like little flips in my stomach. Half the time it makes me all teary because it makes it feel so much more real!! Going to have to get that under control before School starts again Wednesday...

21 weeks now and hubs just felt (and saw) baby kick last night after dinner!! it was so awesome.. even more awesome seeing a grown man turn to mush. XD
Anyone with an anterior placenta have their partner feel it yet? I'm 22+2 but still nothing. But I also have a fair bit of tummy chub which likely doesn't help.
@thunderberry I'm 22+2 and my ultrasound report said I had at least part of my placenta anteriorly placed. Don't know if that makes a difference because it also said some of it was posterior as well (maybe I just have a huge placenta? LOL), but MH has felt one or two, and I've been having some pretty big kicks/punches that you can even see from the outside. It's pretty lucky MH felt it, though, she tends to stop kicking anytime someone else puts their hand on my belly, and the really big "able to feel from the outside" kicks are pretty rare. I keep trying to get the girls to feel it, but they're way too impatient to hold their hand on my belly long enough to catch it.

@thunderberry same as @sandbar517 I have a partial anterior. I can still only feel her on my right side at 21 and 5. I have a pretty full stomach (ie overweight) so DH can’t feel anything yet. I’m guessing he won’t be able to until like 25-27 weeks because I carry a lot of weight in my stomach and she tends to be most active during working hours. It seems like after 6 pm she’s done for the day and usually doesn’t move at all until the next morning lol. I’m hoping this pattern continues outside of the womb but I’m doubtful. Hahah.
If it makes anyone feel better, I did not have an anterior placenta with J but MH was only able to feel him one time in the entire pregnancy, even when I could feel him “tap dancing.”
@justsuzie that's reassuring. I have an anterior placenta and I think I have felt the baby a couple times, but I know that I am nowhere near the point where my husband could feel it. 22w4d
@babys_2018, my husbabd felt his first movement at 18 weeks, since then my daughter felt him last week (20 weeks) and my mom this week (21 weeks)
@doubleblessings1124 I had double anteriors with my twins, it was a bit of a bummer, I expected to feel twins like crazy, but it wasn't near as much as I expected because of those darn placentas. Hopefully you'll feel then very soon!
Yahoooo at 19+5 I've finally felt what I know for sure is the baby! A minute later I had a twitch in my arm and my initial thought was "ooh another kick". So that made me question my sanity but I know what I was feeling in my belly was real.
