@kalawa That's great! Hope it at least stays where it is.

@kalawa - YES!! I was a waitress all through high school and college and NEVER would I attempt such a thing. I was completely shocked she just took it out of my hands... I totally would have eaten it, lol :D

@BrittnieMariee I’m so confused! Maybe this is dumb of me, but ours was measuring exactly that at 30+4 and they said that was the 45th percentile. Huh? Does it depend on each individual baby and their own growth curve?

@chasingroygbiv omg really?? That is so odd!! I saw the curve but we didn’t discuss it at all. Maybe next time I’ll ask what kind of curve they use?? Because the graph had 3 different lines on it. Maybe it’s something like how pediatricians use different growth curves for formula and breastfed babies?? Hmmm.

Does anyone know if you are not supposed to drink water during the glucose test, while you wait for the next blood draw? I’m at the test now and the lab tech said I couldn’t, but I don’t remember ever going without water before!

@SoFlaMommie1128 idk about the 3 hour but you definitely can’t have water with the one hour. I’d assume it’s the same for the 3 hour, unfortunately.  :/

Thank you, @ksmwalters! I’ve been on hold waiting for a nurse at my doctor’s office to confirm, but test is almost over so I will make it! It’s like a mental thing - they tell me I cant have water and then I absolutely have to have it right now lol

@SoFlaMommie1128 I only did the 1 hour, but I was instructed to *try not to have water but that if I was really really thirsty I could have a couple sips. I hope your suffering is over soon!!

@SoFlaMommie1128 I did mine last week, they said sips of water were fine

Which side of the car do you guys put the car seat? Passenger or driver?

@crossfitbabybump We had to put ours on the passenger side. My husband is too tall to have a rear facing seat behind him, even in our SUV. With DD1, we'll have at least two more months of rear facing, so he'll have to suck it up until then, then we'll put her forward facing car seat behind the driver's seat. DD2 (rear facing) will be on the passenger side.

@crossfitbabybump DS is behind the passenger side, and I’m keeping him there so I can still hand him stuff lol so the new baby will be on the driver side.

I'm conflicted with behind the driver side. It's hard for me to see her in the mirror (yes I already have everything set up lol) and I thought about when I street park, I would feel better having her on the passenger side, that way when I take her out of the car, it's on a sidewalk and not the street. But then I think about protecting her if we were to get in an accident. I would want her on my side... UGHH!!! How about the middle?

@crossfitbabybump the middle is safest usually. If you are in an accident it is the least likely to be touched.

@crossfitbabybump the middle could totally work, as long as you can get a good install. Some cars don’t allow car seats in the middle so I’d check your car manual and your car seat manual.

Thank you ladies! I will for sure fiddle around with it this weekend! :)

    Merry Christmas ladies!

@crossfitbabybump Where ever you can get the best install is best.  We had DD behind the driver's seat in my car and in the middle in DH's car.  But if you park on the street a lot I'd consider passenger side, for getting baby in and out.
