I got that 50% Old Navy email this morning... after buying a bunch of stuff at 9pm last night at 40% off (mistakenly guessed that 40% would be their black Friday promo equivalent to what Gap was already holding). Debating if the effort of calling about it is worth it for a $70ish order... that said, Old Navy does have ADORABLE scarves that many of the women in my family will be getting as part of their Christmas present this year. (;

ETA: We're planning on disposables for the first month or so, and then switching to cloth. Yesterday I went on a diaper shopping spree Honest Diapers was running 40% off your first bundle (promotion has unfortunately ended), so I bought a month's worth of nb/next size up diapers and will then cancel my subscription. Green Nursery is still running a sale on a lot of the cloth diapers. I bought 12 bum genius freetimes and got three free (plus a free swaddle)! We have another ten cloth diapers from a friend, but will probably still end up buying more at some point.

The UppaBaby Mesa Henry is so new and one of a kind, never seen it go for under 349, anywhere. I think you're only shot at getting it cheaper would be using a registry completion discount or site wide sale.
As for the organic crib mattress, we reallllly splurged on those and went with naturalmat, because we didn't feel that the American options were truly organic (a lot are made with polyurethane foam or a similar product and had an organic cover, so not worth it IMO). Because naturalmat is an English company and not sold at other retailers, I don't think they do the black Friday/cyber Monday thing. Sorry!
When I come across anything low chemical on sale I post it here, but since they're more specialty products they tend not to go on sale as much as the more conventional versions. I'll keep looking though
