Sorry this isn't super good, but I've been looking for nice maternity tops and so many sweaters have that "cold shoulder" style. I hate that look and can't wait for it to die already! So many perfectly good sweaters, ruined.
Sticking with fashion UO's: I am so so relieved that structured purses are back in style. It felt like the "crumpled knapsack " look lasted years. I wore out my purse to a ratty state waiting for hobo chic to gtfo.
@irenejean - amen! I’m in a cold climate, so I want a sweater so I STAY WARM! First thing to get cold anyway - shoulders! No need to cut them out So many cute sweaters ruined for me.
@irenejean I actually like that look but not for a sweater and I think stores need to still offer other styles! I think I own 3-4 shirts with the shoulders cut out but that was the only thing I could find for awhile and it was so annoying. I always try to limit the amount of trendy stuff I buy because I know in 1-2 seasons it won't be "in" anymore but it's like stores don't make any other cute "normal" options.
@irenejean YES. I feel like Target had such a great maternity selection before I got pregnant/needed maternity stuff and now that I do, it’s allllll that cold shoulder shit. And not just them, everywhere. Hence why I wear like the same 5 tops over and over again.
I don't like Pentatonix. I hate hearing about them every Christmas and the multiple posts of "this version of blah blah by Pentatonix will give you the chills." No...no it doesn't. There are plenty other versions that are so much better that I'd rather listen to.

ETA: if their version of Hallelujah doesn’t give you chills then your soul is dead. No other explanation.
Oh heck, I almost forgot my main UO for the season:
I friggin hate Xmas music. It makes me want to claw off my ears this time of year. The only Xmas song I enjoy this time of year is Greensleeves. Santa Baby literally makes me want to hit someone.
@irenejean YES I hate the cold shoulder look. It looks so silly to me, and there are times I seen so many great tops but they have those stupid cut outs.
@ngolimento YES to the Christmas music! Yeah there are some songs that are ok but I get so tired of hearing the same song sung in 50 different ways. Gets so old
I don't think I have a good UO today, maybe one will come to me though.
@ngolimento agree so much! Its fine for maybe an hour, but the songs themselves are repetitive and then you get multiple versions of the songs... too much.
@ngolimento there are truly some awful xmas tunes out there. I agree on Santa baby.
Yup, and Baby it’s Cold Outside. Sexual assault anthem.
...although I will admit to exclusively listening to Christmas music from just before thanksgiving onward. There’s a local station that ONLY plays Christmas music for like 6 weeks. I don’t think I’ve changed stations once since they started their Christmas playlist.
UO: I hate it when people on our board use a gif, however hilarious it may be, that is of a male. It’s just something that bothers me. Unless there’s some creepy catfish that are male (TOTALLY POSSIBLE), we are a community of women. Personally I feel like it’s important to find a female that represents what we’re trying to say — even for something as stupid as a gif. #fightpatriarchy
@kmalls 106.7? so great! I switch between that, Sirius XM Holly, and The Star movie soundtrack
@ekendall09 I listen to 96.1 but I feel like it’s an affiliate of 106.7? They broadcast Delilah at night and I always thought she was exclusively a 106.7 person.
@kmalls I must have a dead soul, lol! I also get the vibe that they think they're so awesome and I can't stand them, lol.
@ngolimento I love Christmas music, but there are some I can't stand...Santa Baby does annoy me, lol. I also don't like I want a hippopotamus for Christmas and the 12 days of Christmas drives me crazyyyy.

Omg, my husband got a book from the library for DD, and it is the 12 cats of Christmas. I was so happy it was a short check out period because he sang it every time he read it to her. Madness!
There is a type of woman who intentionally does everything for her kids - from the big stuff to all the details - and doesn’t allow her husband to help. She then enjoys complaining to her girlfriends about how useless her husband is with the kids, and whenever she needs a girls night or whatever complains about her husband/rolls her eyes at his inability to “babysit” his kids.
Drives. Me. Nuts. Does the kids’ dad a serious disservice - basically deprives him of the opportunity to be an equal parent so the mom can feel indespinsable to her kids or superior to him. Look, I’m a SAHM so I do the ins and outs of our kids’ routines every day, but I would never try to make my husband feel inadequate because he doesn’t know the details as well as I do. He’s their Dad and should feel like he can take care of them just as well as I can.

I am sick and tired of answering strangers' questions about my "cravings"... I get it, chuckle chuckle, I'm pregnant, am I eating any pickles and ice cream??? Honestly, I would just as soon tell you where I'm gaining the most weight.
@stalkinghorse YES. And the certain people at work I see every day who ask me almost EVERY DAY how I’m feeling. And I just say “good” every time because honestly you’re annoying the shit out of me. What more do you want? I can tell you how constipated I am and about how I’m pretty sure I’m forming my first hemorrhoid if that’s helpful. Super fun, right?
@frenchiekinplusone I couldn't agree more! I also hate "how's the baby doing?" when asked by the same person multiple times a week. It's not like I have a window in there, so unless I've had a recent doctor's appointment I have no freaking clue.
I admit to having a few cold shoulder blouses and sweaters...
My UO... I don’t get adults (without children) who are obsessed with Disney. I didn’t even love Disney stuff when I was a kid, wasn’t really into Disney World when I went at 13 and I certainly don’t care to watch anything Disney now.. even with my 2 year old. So yeah... I don’t get it. Sorry, not sorry.
@ngolimento I'm SO with you. I actually get MAD AF when I hear Xmas music. It's fine on Xmas day, but otherwise get it the F away! I always listen to podcasts when I leave the house because I can't tolerate it in stores!
@psuxray07 I'm so with you on Pentatonix! I bought one of their Christmas albums this year because it had like 5 out of 5 stars from 5,000 reviews on Amazon and we couldn't even finish it. It was just awful. @ngolimento I love Christmas music, but the bad songs are really, really bad. Santa Baby and Frost the Snowman top out my rage inducing Christmas song list fo sho. @frenchiekinplusone@kaymaroo YES! So annoying! And they always ask with that special lilt, like "How are you feeelling?" "How's that baayybyyy doing?"
