What does a panel visit consist of?

I'm 9w5d and I have already been to my first OB visit and had my bloodwork done. They scheduled me a Panel Visit for a month later. My OB said the visit will not be with her but a nurse. Anyone know what this visit consists of? This is my 3rd child but I don't remember this from my previous pregnancies.
