@vlagrl29 I'm not sure if my level is low I asked him about it and he said it would t hurt to give it a try. I read you shouldt take it with aspirin so I stopped taking the aspirin so I just take coq10, vitD and prenatal the Maca I get from my shake and red raspberry leaf is a tea. Do you know anything about FSH levels mine are usually 9 and this time it was a 5.4 wondering if changing my diet helped.
@vlagrl29 I have to cook the kale before I put it in the smoothie or that happens to me. I cook the spinach a little too. I think it tastes better and also i read in a chinese medicine book that it makes the nutrients easier for you body to take in.
I really really really want to take dhea but my ob knows nothing about it and I'm scared to go out on my own. So I made an appointment with a local naturopath that is known for her hormone mastery. I can't wait. My husband is like, 'another Dr??' And I'm like, 'wayyy cheaper than ivf!' How many times can I use that?
Good morning guys!! So had our genetic screening appointment this morning, and for me NADA, I’m perfect I mean i already knew that but it’s nice to hear my genes are too SO was a carrier of one thing, it was a long name and it shouldn’t be an issue.. it’s some disorder where you can’t absorb certain types of meds like Chemo meds and can cause neurological issues. But since I’m not a carrier it shouldn’t be an issue, ever. One more test done and one step closer
@Labluver2- anything between 2-10 is good - last year mine was 6.2
@boxheadkid - because my hormones are fine I'm afraid to take anything with hormones in it so I'm avoiding DHEA. I too am seeing a naturopath! Probably will just continue seeing her for the rest of this year then in Jan if we still aren't pregnant I might go ahead and consult with an RE.
CD 23 and had little spotting tonight which is weird! AF due dec 1ish. My cycles are very regular and this will tick me off if suddenly I have a short cycle. Side boobs barely tender too. Kind of bloated but that could be from turkey dinner haha. I'm not over analyzing or stressing about it cause I have learned I can't control these things.
Me too @ndz2018 I woke up this morning thinking dang it's been a year and half journey so far ttc #2 with a very short pg 6 months in. Just made me think that's been forever lol. Most people would have went onto a specialist by now. Maybe I'm weird for not but come jan dh and I will re evaluate.
I just sent an email to my doctor asking that question. None of them have hormones in them but who knows. If AF does start early I may stop taking all but PNV, Ubiquinol, and vit D. I don't want to jack up something that was already working fine.
@vlagrl29 Yeah, maybe google how amino acids and the other supplements you’re talking may effect your cycle? My cycle is always plus or minus a few days.. this past May I had like a 22 day cycle , it was really strange!!
right? I never have short cycles though - guess I'll check out Dr google and wait to hear back from her. Most of these I've been taking for 2 months. @ndz2018
yeah maybe and I hate dr googling so I'm going to just wait till I hear back from my doctor before making drastic decisions on these supplements. I feel fine. @ndz2018 - I thought about buying a couple pg tests. Take 1 today and another closer to AF date. Just make sure I'm not pg from last cycle. I still have a AF the first month I'm pregnant but not the remaining 8 months.
@ndz2018 - no just a little when I wiped this morning so not getting heavier yet. Boobs still tender. IDK - I think I've convinced myself it will just be like this until AF comes in a week. I did take a test just to make sure there was nothing in there from last cycle and it was neg which I figured so cause of the abundant CM the week before.
Actually minimal spotting started again tonight. Do you ever go around squeezing your boobs to see if they hurt? lol - that's the only time I notice it now.

Did the dr ever call back?
