I think I may have overdone it this weekend. Felt good on Friday so I cleaned my house a bunch. On Saturday I took DD to the park and lifted her A LOT. Then had DHs birthday party and did a ton of walking. I'm in so much pain today that my left leg has given out numerous times and I've almost fallen. So far today I've taken a bath, laid with a heat pad for 2 hours.... anyone got any other sugfestions. The pain shoots down my leg on the back and front and hip
My nipples are on fire, don’t feel sleepy at night, and I think this has to do with my bump being bigger but, I feel like I lose my balance sometimes? It’s not dizziness or the room spinning.
@agalvarado I’ve stumbled 3 times in the past week, twice landing on the same knee and bruising it m. Pregnancy clumsiness I guess? I’m blaming it on the belly!
Did someone post recently about feeling twinges in boobs, like milk ducts firing up again? Mine just recently started doing that and it's so uncomfortable!
Anyone else’s kicks get softer? I’m 32 +1 and those high painful kicks have turned into strong flutters and punches. He definitely moves a lot but I’m wondering if he’s already running out of room this early in the game. I feel like he may have dropped already bc I’m not losing my breath as much. I can’t remember with my other two but it’s seems kinda early... I have and ultrasound, nst and reg appt this week so I’ll get me answers soon enough!

@maueraa07 zantac was doing nothing for me but delaying the heartburn. Once I got a RX for Prevacid my life changed! Haven't had it since! You might see if that is an option for you. It was super cheap doing the RX vs. over the counter too if they just tell you to grab something. Hope you get some relief! I'm with you though...if this kid doesn't have a head of hair I'm going to feel like I got ripped off! lol
Still got some sinuses going on here but luckily the chest congestion has eased up tremendously! I second the clumsiness...guess we're all off balance with the bellies these days. Plus, I keep running into things or knocking things over with my belly...super annoying!
@burnsmommy27 Something similar happened to me twice this pregnancy. I think it had something to do with how the baby was positioned. It was a sharp pain shooting down my leg, but it did go away. I hope yours does too!
I am having one of those really good days, and I am really enjoying being pregnant right now. I do wish my lungs had more room, but my symptoms are so mild compared to last time. Acid reflux OF COURSE, but at least that makes sense etc. I think I see an end in sight to work, am excited for the holidays, and can't believe we are going to have a brand new baby SO soon, so I'm just loving all of it TODAY. Can't wait to see how that changes tomorrow lol!
@maueraa07 I was taking Zantac as well and it wasn’t doing anything. My doctor switched me to Prilosec and I feel like a new person! Ask your OB is she/he is okay with you taking that instead!
TMI, I'm having so much pressure due to varicose veins. I was used to them in my leg and thought it had just gone to the groin region, and discovered a couple weeks ago that they're everywhere down there. Everywhere. I feel so swollen and purple and ugly and sex is so uncomfortable! Mentioned it to my OB and they basically say it's normal and the only thing that helps is delivery, of course. Bleh. Didn't have this in my first pregnancy and I didn't even know it was a thing!
@missblaze I noticed my pp hair stuff happening again too. Last time I didn’t get baby hairs but I got sideburns. I’m not Elvis or Uncle Jesse, I don’t need this. Haha.
Major case of pregnancy brain this week. Putting away stuff in the nursery last night was comical because we don't have drawer pulls on the dresser yet and you can't get the drawers open easily if they're all closed. We've been keeping one drawer open so we can access them easily until we find hardware we like and last night I closed them THREE times. DH had to stick a wire hanger through one of the old screw holes from the pulls that used to be there and use it to pry one of the drawers open every time I closed them. I felt like such an idiot and the last time I did it I came really close to crying because I just couldn't believe I had done it again.
Plus, I've been making super stupid mistakes at work. Luckily I've caught most of them but dang, it's only Tuesday morning and I don't know how I'm going to make it through this week.
@leeeahyo My good friend had veins down there so badly in her last pregnancy and also found sex uncomfortable etc. I think I have them THERE mildly this time too... on a positive note she did say they completely went away when she gave birth ASAP....
@supercoolstephy There are worse people you could be than Uncle Jesse. I've been literally binging Full House since they put it on Hulu this fall, and I am enjoying it so much more than I ever thought possible.

I’ve got them too and it causes so much pain I can barely walk some days. I didn’t have them with my first two either. Counting down the weeks to feeling normal again!!

@EmilyLove25 oh that is such a relief to hear that they went away quickly! @PhillymommaX2 I can commiserate and I am so, so sorry. It's so uncomfortable.
I’m so tired lately even though I crash hard at night and am getting enough sleep. Maybe it’s the weather but getting out of bed to get ready for work is such a struggle. I’ve been having 1 1/2 cups or coffee instead of my normal 1 cup and that still doesn’t help. I feel like I could sleep for a whole day. Zzzzzz
Well hello there, baby brain! I have had dinner in the crockpot for about 45 minutes and just went to the kitchen to get DS a snack and saw that the crockpot wasn't plugged in. Thank goodness I didn't ruin dinner.
Yes to baby brain! I am going insane looking for my dog’s collar in my 1 bedroom apartment. I remember taking it off just yesterday but have no recollection of where I put it and can’t find it anywhere. If only the dog could tell me!
I know bloody noses are a thing in pregnancy, and I've had minimal issues -- but will occasionally feel like my sinus drainage has a bloody flavor. This culminated today in the car I had a weird cough/sneeze thing and spit out a quarter-sized glob of bloody mucus.
I'm sorry to see so many of us are miserable. My biggest problem right now is in the afternoon, he settles himself in this weird position, where his knee or something is pressed so hard on my stomach that if I cough, sneeze, laugh, or brush against something it is excruciating. This never happened first time around. Day 3.
@scatteringashes@missblaze I'm on the same boat with the bloody mucus. Still don't get how it is a pregnancy symptom, but boy is it gross.
Lately baby has started shiffting into weird positions right around 4pm, which makes the last hour or so of work doubly uncomfortable. No amount of moving around will get him back into a normal uncomfortable position. It is beyond frustrating.

I'm also thirsty AF, already drank 1.5 L of water and a Gatorade this morning. I'm gonna get some coconut water after work today
