Is anyone else on their 2WW? What do you do to stay positive? What do you try to take your mind off of the wait? Do you drink or eat anything different? Do you avoid certain things as if you were pregnant (medications, alcohol, food, etc)?
I am on my 2WW after femara, ovidrel and timed intercourse. This is my 26th 2WW since I started TTC. I feel really excited about my new medication and have high hopes for this round! I pray often. I try not to get myself too excited so I won’t be so let down. I avoid any pain medication except Tylenol. I have an occasional alcoholic beverage on the weekends during my 2WWs, but keep it to around 2 drinks. I am drinking raspberry leaf tea- which I just heard about (I would love your thoughts on that!) I just started avoiding all soy products. I’m sure there are other things I do, what about you?

@tosh24 Good to know about the tea. Thanks for the heads up.
Anyway, just wanted to take a poll, do you guys do normal workouts during the 2WW? I'm almost afraid to do like a normal high intensity workout because I don't want to screw anything up. Also, what about the pineapple core, I've heard that helps and I like pineapple?
@bassetlover1 Fx for you’re beta today!
I’m also in the TWW (even though it’s only a week and a half from my first FET) and my beta’s on Saturday. Afraid to POAS b/c I don’t want to know if it’s negative . At least with the ignorance I have left I still have hope!
@kerryann124 I was advised to avoid high impact exercise until beta after FET. I think also (avoid) anything that would heat the body a lot. But tons of people get pregnant naturally with regular activity.

@kerryann124 what is the pineapple thing?
I guess pineapple cores contain bromelain, which is a natural anti-inflammatory and supposedly may help thicken uterus lining and encourage implantation? I try to eat some pineapple during the TWW, couldn't hurt right?
How is everyone else doing?
I’m having a hard time finding my place on these boards- which is why I started this conversation, but now I’m not even going to really belong on this one. Any suggestions? Just doing femara and timed intercourse right now until IVF becomes necessary/ the best path.
