Finding babysitters

 I have an almost two year old and we are due with our second in the spring. We just moved out to Ardmore from the city and are in need of sitters for our child. How do you guys find sitters and how do you make sure they are good?? I've never had sitters I don't know before and need some people to call on a semi regular basis! Thank you in advance!
