This thread is for those who are trying to maintain physical activity throughout pregnancy. It can be walking around the block, hitting the gym, training for a marathon, and everything in between.
There is no physical activity too small during pregnancy.

GTKY- Do you have any funny stories from your workouts/runs? Or witness anything completely crazy from someone else (someone not paying attention and falling off the treadmill or running past someone's house only to glance in and see them standing in their underwear watching TV or anything wild)?

once I was doing box jumps at the gym and missed. I hardcore scrapped my shin and was bleeding. Some old guy started to yell at me bc of it-that I needed to be careful and I shouldnt do workouts that I wasn't capable of. I was like dude, calm down I do these all the time and this is the first time I've ever not made the jump, but I def didn't finish the round. Not because of the pain but bc the dude kept staring me down!
Just so tired of being tired! I want to get out more, especially with nicer weather here!
not really... just drives me bananas when I see tourists out hiking a double black diamond in sandals. I am not impressed that my tax dollars are going to have to go toward saving your ass off the side of a mountain...

@sharkmama39 From my last pregnancy, if I remember correctly, they said no crunch type activities or lying on your back. I remember doing mostly planks for ab work.

I ran 2 miles today, so that's something. I had to stop and puke halfway through, but I did it!
i figured it would be more like once you really started to show... guess not.
You guys should be proud. I told DH I needed to hit the gym today. My mom has the kids so no excuse not to go. We did a few things around the house this morning and when I finally went to leave, he started to fix our sink. Without turning off the water first. Cue geyser, yelling, laughing, water everywhere and us panicking trying to find the main shut off valve. We couldn' find it, even with blueprints. Our neighbor came over and found it in 5 seconds. So embarrassing, but at least he got it stopped! Man. HUGE mess. Luckily, DH said he'd finish cleaning so I could make it to the gym before it closed.
I took photos, haha. The trainer and I couldn't stop laughing, but I got it in!!
I ran again today. 3 days in a row!
