If you are a
contributing member with a BFP this week, please share your success with us here.

How do you know if you're a contributing member?
1. Ask your heart.
2. Do these people know you? Will they be happy about your pregnancy?
3. Have you offered support to others or have you just blasted your own info out there?
4. Really, if you're a 1/1 or a 2/2 and it's not like you were around when you were benched or prior to TTC, maybe just move on. Even if you have participated daily for a month and offered tons of support. Sometimes the silence is kindest. Those of us who lurk BMBs, we'll see your intro and PM/comment/love tit.
5. Again, take a moment and step away from your excitement and ask your heart if posting would be potentially hurtful.

How was your timing? What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? How are you going to/did you tell your partner?Anything else to add?
Re: TTGP Grad Thread - Week of 10/30
This has taken me all day to write, as I've been attempting to hid it from everyone here at work. Plus for some reason I still feel a bit nervous to write it.
CD/DPO of first BFP?
28/14 (BFP on 11.01.17 in the morning!)
How many months/cycles had you been TTGP?
6 – June ’17 to November ‘17, well I guess technically 5 - June to end of October
What did your chart look like?
As you can see didn't really temp, but I waited until test day per FF.
What were you doing TGKU?
As soon as I knew were that my BC was going to be done and over with, I asked my doctor to prescribed some PNV’s for me, and started taking those once I had picked them up. The first month of trying I did not temp as I did not have a thermometer. After I got one I was temping every day, at 5:50a as that is when I get up for work. The last month or so September/October I barely tempted at all because our schedules were very crazy busy, late nights, earlier mornings, and everything in-between. So as you can see in my chart I tempted 2 times, and that was it. I think temping gave me more anxiety than what I needed, and caused more stress.
I also started a ‘clean eating’ habit and meal planning as well. I have pre-prepped lunches ready to go for the work week, mainly chicken, rice, and some type of bean. I also have snacks prepped and ready to go for the week as well. Cutting out a lot of the junk good was good as well. This has made weeks so much easier as I didn’t have to worry about what I needed for lunch the next day. I also used OPK’s following what FF had expressed would be my fertility days, I tested like a day prior to the window, and every day during the window. Of course we did a lot of BD because you know
, lol.
How was your timing?-1, 0, +1, for this cycle
What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)?
This cycle I was really paying attention to my body, and noticed a lot of different things. Tender breasts was the major one I noticed, especially in the shower, water hurts! A couple rounds of nausea, but never to the point of needing to throw up (at least not yet). I also noticed some left sided pain in my uterus and which caused abdomen pain for a couple of days. Which was out of the normal for me. So I asked as a curious fellow to one the doctors I work with if it is normal for that that happen in the female body, and she said yes, it would most likely be the embryo moving down the Fallopian tube There was also no spotting prior to AF arrival, I usually have a couple of days of very light spotting prior to AF showing up
How are you going to/did you tell your partner?
I am working on that. I tested this morning while he was downstairs making breakfast, so I hid the test from him. I've had ideas in my head, but not that it is 'real' I don't know what I want to do. I am thinking of getting a Badgers onesie. We already have a pair of baby socks from MIL that are Badger, and a bib that says “I Love the UW Band” or something similar to that (it’s in my sock drawer at the moment), and getting him a card of some sorts.
Anything else to add?
You are all such amazing people! Very seriously! You all have given me so much support, love, and friendships that it has made this very interesting process so much easier to handle. I thank you all so much for that! I plan on keeping in touch as much as possible. You are all truly amazing, and this process is the toughest. I hope/pray I'll see some of you on other boards soon! Stay positive my friends! It is tough at time, but I swear to you if you remain positive good things will happen!

CD/DPO of first BFP? 28/12 (last night)
I had a BFN on 11 dpo and morning of 12 dpo on my internet cheapies. I had my normal spotting start at 10 dpo so I figured I was out. By yesterday the spotting was gone which is why I wanted to test.
How many months/cycles had you been TTGP? since last December with one month off (10 months, 11 cycles)
What did your chart look like? I haven't been charting as I found OPKs worked well for me.
What were you doing TGKU? We had received a low count result in August on DHs SA. My Dr basically told me we are looking at IVF so we have been trying to mentally and financially prepare. After that I went to the bare minimum (PNV, CoQ10, OPK, EOD HIO).
How was your timing? -3, -1
What symptoms did you have, if any (CS & CD breakdowns welcome)? Honestly none. I had my normally spotting at 10 and 11 dpo. Yesterday I had no spotting which is unusual the day before AF. This morning I feel quesy, but I am positive it's either in my head or caused by my nerves.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? Last night at dinner I told him I really didn't feel like AF is coming tomorrow. I told him I was going to buy another test when I had to go into town, even though I was sure it was a waste of money.
When it was positive I just came out of the bathroom and said "I should have peed in a cup so I could test with the digi". Very romantic I know. Then he looked at the test and said there were definitely two lines!
I stayed up for another hour watching TV and used the digi which also showed "pregnant". We are both afraid of getting our hopes up. Seeing "pregnant" definitely helped us both. TW - with our CP earlier this year I never even turned a digi - /TW
Oh and then I dug out the onsie I've been hiding under my bathroom since since March that says "Daddy's wake-up call" and also gave it to him. I think we are just both still in shock.
Anything else to add? I know everyone says it, but I don't know how I would have gotten through the last year without this board and all of you awesome ladies. I was so prepared for everything with initial testing and interpreting results. I can't imagine how overwhelming this must be when people walk in blind.
