@mileswithmyles, they really don't shed. They have hair and have to be groomed. It's kind of a pain to brush them sometimes but they're such sweet dogs!
My avatar is of our husky. When I first joined TK it was a tiare flower from our honeymoon in Tahiti, then when I joined TN and we got our "first baby" I changed it to his picture.
This is a picture taken at a library social. I used to be paranoid about Viking's picture being online (I think I've only posted 5 pictures to facebook in 18 months) but we're always in the local paper because the library is the most exciting part of the town. I don't know if that says something about the library or the town.
