Went in today for our 2nd U/S. Last week the baby only measured 6w, 1d and I thought I would be 7.5 – 9 weeks (due to my 35+ day irregular cycle). No heartbeat last week. Went in for a follow-up today and still measured 6w, 1d, and again no heartbeat. DH and I are devastated, praying we'll find our way through. I know so many others have gone through it and have made their way to the other side.
Still deciding on a natural miscarriage or to have a D&C. My doctor said if it doesn't happen naturally within the next 2 weeks then I'll probably need a D&C.
