Pre term contractions

Anyone else experience pre term contractions? Mine are 2-3 mins apart at 29 weeks but confirmed not dialated or in labor yet. How to deal with the discomfort?

    Are you sure they're labor contractions and not just Braxton hicks/belly tightening? If they're actual contractions, your dr should have given you something to stop them. 

    Heating pad, water, rest. That's really all you can do.
