Thanks everyone for the advice. We officially have moved into our two bedroom apartment. I’ve been trying not to over work myself (but I’m a clean freak) and looking at all these boxes just get at my nerves. Today, I’ve taken it slow and napped for 3 hours. It. Was. Wonderful. I’m starting to feel the baby move a lot within these past few days, so that makes me very happy. Even my SO was able to feel his little kicks. Other than my RLP, I’m feeling great. Can’t wait to get the apartment finished so I can start working in the nursery!
@schaze we sign a lease on a place this week and it should be ready in about 2 weeks. They have some painting and floor refinishing to do before we can move in. Worst case scenario is that I break out the air mattress for a while. It wouldn’t make a difference if we could move into the place tomorrow because our stuff is still somewhere on the Atlantic
I ran out of Zantac yesterday morning, and could not find the second bottle (i SWEAR it came in a 2-pack!!!) and just realized how much Tums just SUCKS compared to Zantac. Sleep was not good last night.
Holy swollen ankles, Batman! Kind of a nasty surprise after I sat down on the couch, so now here I am with my feet up on a stool. I knew I hadn't had nearly enough water to drink today, but I wasn't expecting this!
Has anyone used one of those belly support belts? I never did but I'm feeling a lot of pulling and pressure right under my xyphoid process since things are starting to bulge out under my ribs. I mentioned to my midwife and she suggested the belt stating my abs are probably weak there since this is my 3rd baby. I tend to hate restrictive clothing these days but wondering if the belt would feel like relief or like tight pants.
@trudytudy I have a support belt. I wore it a lot with DD after I got SPD. It did help but it is not the most comfortable thing while sitting down . This time I want to get some of that sports tape and try that.
