Yeast infection problems

So, I had BV and they sent me metro gel, then I got a yeast infection and took monsitat 3 since it was on my list of approved medicine ... but it hasn't gone away... has anyone else had a persistent yeast infection . Maybe TMI but

    Have you tried calling your doctor?? If the monsitat isn't working you probably need something stronger that a doctor would have to perscribe.

    I have a had a yeast infection recently.  I also used the monsitat 3, after I was done with all three days I still had a little bit of itching but not nearly as bad as it was during the yeast infection.  It could be the skin still needs some time to readjust I used some coconut oil lotion and it seemed to help a lot.  Still maybe check with your doctor like @JJMNO1616 said you might need something stronger.

    I had ongoing BVs with my second pregnancy. I would get one, it would clear up for like a week than come back. It's an inblance for bacteria because of your pregnancy. I think it occurs in like 10-30% of pregnancies. My OB said it's normal and nothing to worry about. Just a pain the the butt. Kind of literally. Lol. If remember correctly it lasted through my 2nd trimester but stopped in my 3rd.

    I did call the doctor. Waiting for them to get back to me for the last 2 days

    That's unexceptable. I would call them again and tell them you need a call back or an appointment immediately.
