           22 weeks and a coconut

         Hating the heartburn but that's it
    3) Any appointments this week?
         Not that I know of yet but I'm waiting on my referral to MFM to go through.
    4) Rants/Raves/Questions?
     Nothing right now. I'll probably remember paper today.
    5) GTKY: What was the strangest/worst/funniest name your SO suggested as a baby name?
     He actually hasn't suggested any of the above. He is responsible for coming up with the middle name and it has to go with Charles. We are trying to keep both names from the family.

    1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 22 weeks!! A coconut:)

    2) How are you feeling? Good!! Bad back pain but that is it. Quite happy with only dealing with one symptom. 

    3) Any appointments this week? Mid pregnancy physical tomorrow. That’s it. 

    4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Anybody go from feeling baby each day to go to feeling nothing? It’s been like 5 days and it’s starting to freak me out a bit. 

    5) GTKY: What was the strangest/worst/funniest name your SO suggested as a baby name? Last time we were at my in laws house they brought out the family history book and were reading out all these historical Norwegian names. There were some pretty amazing ones.

    1. 21 weeks. Size of an endive.

    2. Had some back/hip pains but nothing too bad.

    3. Had my a/s on Friday and baby had the umbilical cord tucked between it's legs.

    4. I was so so excited for my a/s to be able to find out what I was having and then so devistated to not be able to find out. Don't get me wrong I'm super happy the baby looks good but I just could not get over not finding out. Made worse by the fact that in the morning before my appt I'd been thinking that we'd finally be able to call the baby 'he' or 'she' or by it's name.

    5. DH hasn't been suggesting names so much as he keeps nixing names I suggest which is getting annoying.

    @pandappanderson to your question, in the beginning, it can be normal to feel kicks sporadically for a bit before they become consistent. That's why kick count are done later on. That being said, if the kicks were already consistent for a stretch before this, I would bring it up to your OB.

    You could try something sugary like OJ and lay on your left side. That's usually the easiest way to get kicks going.

    1) 19 weeks - mango! 

    2) extra emotional lol. Probably becuase I'm just super tried. blah. 

    3) need to go for my a/s this week, but have been slacking...don't want to go with out Hubby :( also have a midwife appointment on Thursday. First 'real' appointment at the new clinic. 

    4) mot reallly 

    5) DH loves Nathaniel. Ugh I think it's a terrible name! Just not for me lol. 

    @pandappanderson ya I totally still am only feeling baby on and off. It freaks me out too cos I get so excited when I feel baby and then sad when I don't feel the next day :( I think it's still normal though, hopefully in a few weeks it will be everyday!!

    20 weeks... halfway! Banana/Ear of Corn 
    2) How are you feeling?
    Okay, except I have a hemmorhoid... just over a day now
    3) Any appointments this week?
    Nope... still another 2 weeks
    4) Rants/Raves/Questions?
    My next OB appt is the day before my MFM anatomy scan. Do you think I should reschedule it for after? Idk if it makes a difference?
    5) GTKY: What was the strangest/worst/funniest name your SO suggested as a baby name?
    We used the name Archer for one of our sons' middle names and with this little guy he wanted Knight. It's not even a name! I'm sure if I had suggested Ryder, Hunter, or other medieval type themes, he would have jumped on those.

    1) 20 weeks halfway there!  Banana

    2) tired and hungry but finally not nauseous!

    3) nothing for a few weeks.  Anatomy scan last Tuesday showed a low placenta but we are just going to wait it out. 

    4) We had to get a new car seat for this baby since the one we had expired.  Getting 3 across in DH's car is going to be tight. 

    5) DH wasn't big on suggesting names, but it's a good thing we have all boys because he was great at giving a veto to all the girl names I loved.

    20 weeks-banana 
    2) How are you feeling?
    Generally ok. Once in awhile a little lightheaded. Probably because I don't drink enough. And I have ligament pain sometimes. 
    3) Any appointments this week?
    No. I have my a/s next week. 
    4) Rants/Raves/Questions?
    I am suddenly thinking I want to know the gender. Not sure why I changed my mind. I didn't find out with my other two. 
    5) GTKY: What was the strangest/worst/funniest name your SO suggested as a baby name?
    DH and I are avoiding the name conversion bc we had so much trouble finding ones we agreed on. So we'll wait a couple more months.

    @3plus1equals4 I am not sure that it makes a difference whether you have your MFM scan before your regular OB or not. It hasn’t for me yet at least. My OB just cares that I’m going to MFM and MFM answers all questions.

    Back pain as some of the others mentioned.

    I have my weekly MFM scan to check heartbeat and the I see my rheumatologist.

    None from me this week.

    DH has only suggested his name. He really wants a junior. It’s his 3rd son so he really pushing for it. I’m on the fence still.

    1.  22 weeks, a coconut!

    2.  Pretty good actually. Symptoms are around, but nothing is constant so that's nice. 

    3.  No appts until next month.

    4.  Just hanging out, enjoying kicks. They've been inconsistent, but i've had them everyday since they started. Usually lay in bed an extra 10 min in the morning bc he's always awake then lol

    5.  DH has been good, but one of my co workers suggested Moon-Unit... mostly as a joke, I hope!

    I just had my 20w u/s and appt. Got my glucola for next time.

    Nope.

    We wouldn't even discuss names until we found out the sex. Thankfully its a girl, so we just used the name we picked out for a girl when I was pregnant with DS. My DH doesn't suggest names, only vetos them.

    @3plus1equals4  DS is Declan Knight. I've loved the name since I heard it as a middle name in high school. But, I know it's a little out there. I just couldn't see my son with any other middle name now.

    @3plus1equals4 it's no big deal. My son and the guy from high school are the only ones I've ever heard of with that middle name... though I think his parents were knight rider fans.  I chose it partially because I like it and partially because its the mascot of the college my husband and I met at.  Just because I like the name doesn't mean you can't side eye your SO for throwing that name out of left field.  :smile:

    im happy i was finally able to log back in to the Bump! I don’t know if that’s more a rant bc I couldn’t for so long, or a rave bc I’m happy to be back!
    5) GTKY: What was the strangest/worst/funniest name your SO suggested as a baby name?
    Olive. Not that I don’t like the name, it was just so not us and I was shocked when he suggested it!
