Advice on? How not to be scared of losing your baby? Unfortunately it’s out of your control for the most part and worrying does nothing. If you’re really struggling talk to your SO, a close friend, family member, or therapist about your concerns as they may be able to help you through it.
See a therapist. I go every week. It helps. I freaked out at my loss week and she helped me through it by positive visualization and releasing control.
I had a misscarriage at the end of may this year I was 6-6 and a half weeks, I am pregnant again and coming upto the 6 week mark, any advise?
What the other ladies said. And if you haven't, change your name to something more recognizable, intro on the intro thread, and join in on other threads. The PGAL thread would be a good choice so you can talk with other ladies, like myself, about our fears of having another loss.
First I would like to point out that this is the type of post that would usually come with a trigger warning. Not everyone is emotionally in the same place as you to openly read and discuss loss. There is a very supportive thread about being pregnant after loss (PgAL) where you can ask this question. I encourage you to check that thread out.
As for your worry, well, I hate to say it but it's normal. I am jaded after my losses.
Agree with all PP. also wanted to point out that I am scared of losing baby too and I thankfully have not experienced a loss in the past. It comes with the territory of being a mom and I hate to say it, but never goes away.
