1. Run a marathon (or at least a mini) 2. Retire to a fancy beach old-people-resort-place 3. Raise happy kids. I used to always wish for healthy kids, but now I just pray for happy. 4. I run a charity that supports foster families, and I'd love to make it state-wide instead of local 5. Become a wedding officiator 6. Travel to the far east
Not necessarily bucket list, but I also really want to teach my kids to love the outdoors and camping. I always enjoyed it so much as a kid. Especially our oldest, who is autistic, he really connects to nature.
ETA: DEBT FREE! How could I forget this one? We're about 6.5 years away, but we have a plan!
Married DH : 7/7/12; 3 fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18 FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
1. Hike the Narrows at Zion National Park 2. Do the Voyager's challenge in the Boundary Waters 3. Visit my ancestors' farmland and reindeer herding grounds in Norway 4. Earn my Actor's Equity union card 5. Hear one of my original songs on the radio
@firefliesandfjords, have you ever been out here to Zions? I haven't done the Narrows but I did hike the Delicate Arch. The entire southern half of Utah is just gorgeous with all of the red rock.
I forgot one! We want to go to Finland. DH is Finnish and we actually have the same last name as a town about an hour outside of Helsinki so we want to visit that town.
@sparkymcgeee I have been to Zion once! But I was pregnant with my first and dealing HG at the time. We were in the process of moving from California back to Iowa, and we stayed overnight there. I was there during a fluffy day, so I was able to do the Riverwalk and Emerald Pools, but that was it. I was pretty disappointed, but can't wait to go back some day! Whenever we go back to California to visit my husband's family, Utah is my favorite part of the drive. So beautiful.
@firefliesandfjords, I didn't grow up here so it's always incredible to me. Like I'm literally staring at snow capped mountains against a beautiful blue sky right now and I just can't get over the beauty of them. As long as the snow stays up in the mountains I'm good. You should hit up northern Utah on one of your trips. Just to see the Wasatch Range if you haven't already.

@firefliesandfjords and @hollieileen I just moved from Iowa to Nebraska! There isn't anyone else on the list from NE so I'm glad there's someone close-ish!
