Hey moms!!! I got the green light to exercise and I was so excited because pre pregnancy I usually worked out 3-5 days a week. Currently I'm almost 14 weeks and went to the gym this weekend. After it felt like my uterus was being stretched to the max. It was so uncomfortable and I'm wondering if any other mommies are experiencing this?
Agree with @lesliegolem and @angiek1, but I'd say you should take it easy if anything hurts or makes you uncomfortable. You may not be able to go at the same intensity you were before... just listen to your body and if you have real concerns, call your doc.
