Woah woah woah. I am SO not body shaming. If it sounded like that I DEEPLY apologize and it was not my intention. It's an unpopular opinion and that's mine. Rock what you want to wear and don't care. But that's MY opinion on what I put on MY body. I think it stems off my own insecurities. I'm not going to tell someone to cover themselves up but I need to for myself. And thick leggings are different, you're right. I'm currently wearing buttery but thin leggings. They're opaque but they show everything.
Leggings are pants. But I used to think not. That was before the opaque leggings became a thing though. I don't think think tights are pants but leggings now, yes. I feel more comfortable when I have a longer shirt. That's just my preference. I don't side eye women who wear them with t-shirts. I don't like seeing a camel toe either though. So there's a line and a good pair of leggings are definitely pants.
UO: It is too damn early for a weekly HDBD post. Why on Earth would anyone want to see someone's bloated belly? That's no baby bump!
No one forces anyone to participate. We all know the bump we're seeing isn't the baby, but it's caused by the baby. So, yeah. You can't stop me from posting my bloat once a week.

It's a good thing that I didn't ask you to stop then. Just saying, it's my UO
@yesthisiskim0401 you keep doing your thing! I just meant that I would def NOT be posting lol. But, yes you are right....even though not a true bump...we would not look like this if it weren't for pregnancy.

Ok, I'm obviously having a lazy day as I spend all my time on this site. Whatever, yesterday was productive and the kids are playing nicely in the basement. Here's another UO....when parents of teenagers or above say "I miss my kids being little. It's so sad how fast they grow up!" So, I get it, but I don't. I have an almost 9 year old, and I never look at her and wish she was even a day younger. She is amazing and wonderful at every age. It especially bothers me when people say this in front of their wonderful, polite, smart teenagers, as if they aren't good enough anymore. I mean, did you have kids so you could cuddle with toddlers and babies all day, or is your goal to raise productive members of society, and who you will hopefully have a deep and special relationship with forever. I don't get it, and I find it to be a really odd thing to say to young mothers. My mother doesn't sit around crying that her babies are all grown up. In fact, her life seems better than ever!!!! Ugh !!!
@RachelT1234 that's what i tried to say three weeks ago when someone posted HDBD. I was like...wait....I am not showing ANYONE this bloat.
That somebody was me. And as I stated when it was brought up before, I didn't have any before pictures of my "bump" so I had nothing to compare it to later with my first pregnancy and I regret it. So:
@ivyvines6 it's all good. I agreed with your logic and wanting to have pics early on. I actually mentioned it to my husband after you posted that and said "she has a point...might be nice to have some pics just for us." No biggie, just still feeling so blah that I have no intention of joining in anytime soon.
@gildah I get it to a certain degree... having a kid in elementary school has been a tough transition. I miss our carefree days together at home. I don't like the influx of outside influences on her. But I do love watching her grow into the amazing girl she is becoming. So although I "miss" the days she was little, I love watching her grow more. I always joke that every new year with DD1 is my new favorite year. It gives me a lot to look forward to with DD2 while we are currently in the hell that is terrible threes. No one misses terrible threes.
+1 for hating reality tv +1 for tacky people hosting parties...don't even get me started... -1 for hating on fish, although I had a crazy aversion my last pregnancy -1 for hating on thanksgiving foods I'm neutral on the leggings thing. I don't own any leggings so I really don't pay much attention.
My UO: please don't small talk me at work. I'm ok with a certain level in order to build relationships, yadda yadda, but I have like 100 better things to do today other than hearing about your boring weekend, Carol.
@sparkymcgeee@JenniatONU@sharkmama39 I liked Mark and Kevin I thought they were the most likable. I didn't even care to watch the finale because I didn't care who one after Kevin left. And I hated ALEX the most. What a brat.
I am blown away by the number of people who liked Kevin!! I thought his game was weak. He was a floater with the exception of his fake alliance with Paul. He couldn't win ANYTHING.
My UO in light of the last few comments: I won't join fb groups. In my last bump I didn't have fb, and I only got it recently because we lived away from all out family and friends, so I'm still figuring out how it works so maybe my opinion inst based on reality. I still keep in contact with a few women I got super close with in my last bump, but once the fb groups started I heard NO END to all the drama and arguing and debating happening there. It was exactly like our board (including a lot of good stuff) but with actual names and pictures and lives attached. Since I keep my fb to only people I know irl because I post names and pictures and stuff there, I don't want to open up that info to people I only know virtually. But I'm happy to hang out with you all here!
@christycalifornia, I agree! I'm really nervous about opening up my life (and my son's life) to people I've never "met". I'm very protective of my son due to my childhood. I don't mind other people doing it but I'll be staying here.
My UO is that I don't understand the appeal of the show This is Us. I've tried to watch the series a couple of times and each time I get annoyed by the characters.

It was just a funny gif for fun.

I was not a fan from day 1.
I'm just here until we convert to a Facebook group.
